We had a most lovely relaxing time. The place was lovely and comfortable for extended family. Such a quiet villa! A different type of mattress protector would have been nice, as it woke us up several times. Also, windows in dining area needed attention, as did the stove eyes, esp the left front one. But, excellent place and we still had a super time!!

Perfect for a quick trip

The villa was as expected, which was outstanding. The weather was bad for a couple of days but our group was safe and comfortable. There are multiple outdoor sitting areas with plenty of shade available. I am certainly hoping to stay again with friends.

Perfect location.

Our family of 8 had s very nice stay. Most of Saturday was spent at Calloway Gardens, which was a short distance down the road. We shopped the quaint stores and antique stores. We all enjoyed the restaurants in the area. Our Villa was well stocked and the rooms were very comfortable as well as beautiful. We enjoyed the pool being just across the street.

Beautiful, relaxing home with tons of space while still feeling cozy. The glass wall in the dining room was hands down the best feature. The views to the outside were so relaxing. The house itself is near everything in town (and Calloway Gardens) yet is tucked away in a quiet community. The host was super responsive. We loved our stay. There were a few strands of animal fur on the sofa when we arrived (even though it was supposed to be no pets). So, I ended up having a mild allergic reaction but nothing too crazy. Other than that, the house was perfect.

Great Place

The villa was everything it advertised as being. It was very clean, well supplied, and very accommodating for 3 couples(family) with having each bedroom with its own bathroom and thermostat. Nice family friendly neighborhood. We had an issue with people parking in our spaces and leaving us nowhere to park, but the host worked very diligently and got it resolved quickly.

Great stay in this Villa!

This Villa is completely renovated and tastefully decorated. It is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms. It is located right across the street from the neighborhood pool. Two of the adults enjoyed playing golf daily.The Beach was temporarily closed, but the children played at the pool every day. We had a delightful time at the Butterfly House and the Discovery Center where the children made crafts. The kitchen at the Villa is a bit small, but well equipped and we ate in most days. We had a delicious meal at Cason's Tap Room on the patio. The whole family had a great time.
