This is a place to relax and enjoy the surrounding activities. This is not a place to party. If you are looking to have a party this is not the place. There are full time residents living nearby and do not wish to be disturbed. This is a place to linger as you sip wine or coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise or set over the water; relax around the fireplace indoors or the firepit outside. Recommendations for activities and food are in the Welcome Book on the coffee table.

There was a communication mix-up upon arrival, but it was remedied quickly. The cabin was perfect for our stay and all the amenities you would need are provided. Debbie was so nice and our stay was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Property was amazing and great location. Everything was just as listed and we loved the small details of house. Only thing to point out is both driveways entrances have small drop offs from the actual road. Nothing that made our weekend anything less than perfect.

We had such an amazing stay in this home during the weekend of my wedding. My bridesmaids and I spent the night together the night before the wedding and got ready together here the next day. My now husband and I then spend the next couple of nights together here. It was so perfect for spending time with friends and family and also as a romantic spot with my husband. There were so many little touches to make the place perfect and it’s obvious even the smallest details were considered. We would love to come back here again!

I came to the area for a work trip and decided to turn it into a mini family vacation — and I’m so glad we did! This home was absolutely fantastic. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Debbie was a wonderful host — incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay.But the real gem of this property? The pond. Just steps from the back door, it quickly became our favorite hangout. The kids had a blast fishing every day — we caught lots of bream and some impressively sized bass that were always biting. We also made some slow-moving friends, feeding the many turtles (including a snapping turtle who was always ready for a snack).We stayed for four nights and soaked up every moment. This was one of those rare stays that feels even better than the listing — we’d absolutely come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for families looking to blend comfort and fun with a bit of peaceful nature.

Weekend getaway with friends

Cute home and beautiful surroundings. This was the perfect place to stay while we went to an Auburn football game. The house was clean, well supplied and offered two couples to each have a private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the lake view added an extra ambience. We’ll keep this place on our list to stay for our next visit to Pine Mountain.

Short Vaca

We loved the place. It was so peaceful and quiet, loved having breakfast and cocktails on the porch overlooking the lake. It is close to everything. Debbie was so easy to work with and we couldn't have been happier in celebrating our Anniversary in a part of Georgia we had never been before. We look forward to our next visit and staying here again.

Quiet Weekend

I visited this property for a quiet weekend at Callaway Gardens and the house did not disappoint. The place was beautiful and clean. Ms. Debbie was nice and accommodating. If in the area I'd definitely visit again.

Pine Mountain Getaway

This was a great property to go and stay for Pine Mountain area activities or just to go stay and relax. Very clean, comfortable. Nice beds to sleep on, furnished well, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home with views

Spacious kitchen with all you need to cook your meals. Back patio was beautiful to sit at while hearing the frogs and watching the fireflies at night. It is minutes away from Callaway Gardens and overall a great place to enjoy, relax and rest. Definitely will be back again.

2nd Annual Forever Friends Trip

The property is just as presented in the photos. It's very clean, comfortable and the views are so nice. I loved having coffee on the deck in the morning listening to all the sounds of nature. Unfortunately, it did rain almost everyday that we were there, but we made the best of it by shopping downtown on Friday and PaBella's Winery on Saturday. We had so much fun and met so many nice people. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your lovely home. I think we might be back next year! ☺️

Everything was wonderful. We loved the roominess of the cabin and the closeness of the fishing and the sights we saw. The Cicadas were VERY LOUD but we got to share a bit of history. Thanks for a great stay.

Pine mountain vacation

We highly recommend this amazing cabin. On a beautiful lake, very relaxing and very quiet. The owners are so kind and helpful. This is our 2nd stay at this cabin because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

The only negative I would say is that the thermostat was completely foreign to me and my friend. We were cold most of the stay. The home was nicely furnished,decorated beautifully for Christmas and kitchen fully stocked.

Your own private dock completed with rockers, a large deck to sit and enjoy the stunning view, a beautiful home with all of the items you need to enjoy your stay. 5 minutes to Callaway Gardens, next door to FDR State Park, 30 minutes to Great Wolf Lodge.
