The central location of this roomy, 5 bedroom/ 2 bath home makes it the perfect home base for your time in Kansas City. (4beds1bath up/ 1bed1bath down). Your whole group can stay together in the center of the action! Just walk out the door to access all of the city's best restaurants and bars, shops, museums, parks and activities using the nearby KC Streetcar stop. The just-opened UKMC Streetcar extension stop is 5 min away walking East (next to Whole Foods). It will take you for free all the way through the nearby Country Club Plaza shopping and food, WWI Museums, Union Station, Centre City attractions, Power and Light nightlife and entertainment, Tmobile Arena, all the way to River Market.

For some peace and quiet or exercise you can walk 5 mins west through beautiful historic neighborhoods where sits the 75-acre Loose Park with trails and ponds.

Location, location, location

We needed to be close to The Plaza, Loose Park and a close by neighborhood. It was ideal! The nearby restaurants were walkable and perfect for breakfast! Would stay again in a minute.

We came for the Husker game at Arrowhead and had and great time. The house was perfect and centrally located. David was great as a host and reached out multiple times. Great communication. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great Location!

We were in town for a family wedding! The house has 5 bedrooms and was perfect for our family! Restaurants are a block away you can walk to and the Plaza is so close! A great time with the perfect house!

Overall, the house was wonderful, location was perfect and it has a perfect front porch to sit outside with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening! Close to Loose Park and plaza for great walks!!

Great House and Location

This house and location was perfect for our family gathering. It is close to the Plaza, a Whole Foods, restaurants, and an amazing and huge park within walking distance. The owner communication was perfect and we can't wait to come back.

Friends getaway

Great place to experience heart of KC!

We had superior communication with the owner and everything was clean and ready for us. The location was excellent for visiting the Plaza and other places in KC. A huge plus was off street parking for our 3 vehicles! We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends who need a great spot for a group to stay!

Plaza trip

We enjoyed this neat older house with its tasteful updates but many original features too. The 5 bedrooms allowed the kids to have their own room. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go too. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to KC.

Overall nice place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked. The downstairs bed was very comfortable. The beds upstairs are all very firm. There is a mirror in each room which we appreciated. A/c worked well and there were multiple fans. There were plenty of Bath towels but some need replaced- looked worn. It’s an Older home and the upstairs floor and stairs are creeky- no sneaking around here.

Great House, Great Location

The house was comfortable for 8 adult women. Very hot weekend in KC, and the AC kept us all cool. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was updated and seemed well stocked. Even though the weather was hot, the front porch had a ceiling fan and was nice for morning coffee. Location was great - only 5 blocks to Whole Foods, a great coffee shop and a couple restaurants. The location will be even better when the free KC streetcar extends to that area in October. We drove to a streetcar stop and rode it to City Market -good transportation option. The owner was easy to communicate with. Would stay there again if in KC!

Graduation weekend stay

My family and I were here for our son’s college graduation. The property is spacious and well kept. The location is convenient to restaurants. We were also able to walk over to Loose Park. Our host, David, checked on us several times to see if we needed anything while at the property and to make sure our stay was comfortable. We definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful home in a fantastic location

Seven girlfriends gathered for our longstanding annual girls’ weekend. The home is spacious, clean, and in a great location. Very close to the Country Club Plaza, and even closer to local restaurants and a Whole Foods. Older home with modern amenities and interior design. Five bedrooms with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows and linens. Easy parking right in back of the house for three cars. The owner is so easy to communicate with and very nice. We loved our stay and highly recommend!
