Uncover the best of Kansas City from the comfort of this beautifully renovated home, boasting two separate units for added privacy and convenience. Each unit features its own private entrance, kitchen, and living area, offering 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across two levels, ensuring ample space for relaxation and enjoyment.
The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the lower level offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, catering to the needs of all guests. Drift off to sleep in the luxurious king bed, four queen beds, or make use of the convenient roll-away twin for additional sleeping arrangements.
Guests are welcome to hang out and relax on the back patio and enjoy the amazing tree-lined backyard, with a recently added firepit area! Several coffee shops, Cliff Drive, Kessler Park, and the amazing newly renovated Kansas City Museum are just blocks away in the beautiful Historic Northeast Neighborhoods.
The lower level space can only be accessed via the secure entrance off of the back patio. There is no internal access between the upper and lower levels.
The driveway offers convenient off-street parking for two cars and there is always plenty of free street parking available directly in front of the home. Unfortunately, the garage is not accessible for guests at this time.
The tree-lined backyard is a perfect spot to relax, whether on the back patio or the newly added firepit area! Please note that the Adirondack chairs are moved into storage during KC's harsh winter months to prevent damage.

What's more, being close to downtown Kansas City makes it convenient to enjoy the city's attractions while still relishing the tranquility of a residential area. Plus, the easy access to other parts of the city means I can explore new places without hassle. Living here combines the best of both worlds – the comfort of a tight-knit community and the excitement of urban life. The diverse population also brings a vibrant mix of cultures, reflected in the array of international cuisines available just around the corner, making dining experiences here a tasty adventure.
