Discovery luxury and relaxation at its best! Less than 10 minutes from Disney World! Our home is located in Lake Wilson Preserve. This is a newer community, built in 2005, with only 96 homes. The community is located only 2 miles from the I-4, 10 miles south of the I-192 West. Although close to everything the community provides a quiet and secluded place to relax and recover from a day of attractions and shopping. The community is very private. Our well-equipped home has all of the amenities to ensure you have everything you need during your vacation. NEWLY PAINTED INTERIOR/EXTERIOR, NEW BEDROOM CARPETING, NEW TV'S, NEW BEDDING/LINENS/PILLOWS, NEW TOWELS, NEW KITCHEN ESSENTIALS, NEW KING SIZE BEDROOM FURNITURE, ALL NEW MATTRESSES IN ALL ROOMS, NEW PATIO FURNITURE! You and your luggage is all you really need!

LARGE PRIVATE WEST FACING HEATED POOL AND UPGRADED SPA.

We love the warm fresh tropical air, the fun and excitement of the local attractions and the private heated pool/spa so much that we decided to purchase our own vacation home. The community is set on and surrounded by conservation land and is very private. All of the homes in the community are Mediterranean style with a Spanish tiled roof, block paved driveway and sidewalks. Our well-equipped home has all of the amenities to make sure that you have everything you need during your vacation. Get ready to relax and enjoy!

FACILITIES: This beautifully furnished home with large deck, WEST FACING HEATED POOL and UPGRADED SPA, is set in a tranquil, peaceful setting. There's plenty of deck space for sunning. To complement the larger than usual deck, there is lots of outside furniture, from a formal outside dining table and chairs, to wonderfully relaxing loungers!

Inside, the home is finished to high standards, with the smallest of details taken care of! This is the sort of luxury home you will tell all your friends about. Everything provided is of a high standard - you will not be disappointed!

Guests with restricted mobility: Being on one floor, our property is suitable for people with restricted mobility.

Children: Our home is not suitable for young children. Please inquire as to the age permitted.

Everything is absolutely perfect except for road noise(road behind the house). The house is beautiful, well maintained and everything you need is there. Pool and spa are perfect. Basically, a home away from home. April is a great host. Very responsive. Unfortunately, we cannot change the location. Traffic is constant behind the house all day long, even at night. But, for a family with children, it would be perfect.

Florida 2023!!

We really enjoyed our stay at April's villa, the villa itself was clean, well equipped and in a very central location. Its situated in a lovely, quiet area but easy to access the Disney parks, beach as well as surrounding attractions. The owners were easy to contact and lovely. Overall, we would highly recommend this villa and hope to return one day!!

Excellent stay love the pool area

We stayed and did discovery cove, sea world and aquatica. It was a 15 mile commute. The house is on a busy road but you cant see traffic. Over all very happy with the stay.

Awesome vacation stay!

It was an amazing family trip to Disney! The property was fantastic and everything we needed! Nice pool, clean place, and excellent communication with the owner. I rated overall 4 stars because there was no toilet paper provided except for one roll in each bathroom. I would still highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Perfect

We were two adults and two teens. Everything was extra clean, lot of space, bedrooms with their own bathrooms, beautifull neighborhood (very calm and clean) near Disney (20 minutes, easy road) and grocery store (Publix) just 2 minutes away. The pool was bigger than we expected! I highly recommend this place, it was perfect for us!!

Wonderful Vacation

What a wonderful vacation location. We had eight adults in total and the property was large enough to accomodate all of us. My wife and I have back problems but the bed was comfortable enought that it wasn't an issue at all. The property was extremely clean as promised and there was more than enought amenities to make our trip very comfortable. April and Alan (the property manager) could not have been any better. We were about 15 minutes from the Disney Theme Parks but the quiet of the street was enjoyable. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation.

A super vacation!

We had a super vacation in this beautifull house. The houde is in quiet neighborhood. We liked the privacy of the pool area. The pool and spa were lovely especially after a day in one of the theme parks. Disneyworld is at a short driving distance. Everything you need you can find in this house. April always gave a quick response at my e-mails and we received our deposit almost directly when we arrived home. In the future I hope to visit this beautifull home again.

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful vacation with April, she was very quick to respond to our requests. Everything was perfect. The cameras didn't bother us. There are a lot of rules but it was no problem. We didn't have a problem with the ban on parking on the sidewalk either, but we saw a lot of neighbors parking on the sidewalk, so I think they were tourists? If you have a car, it's perfect for visiting the surrounding area.

Wonderful time

We had a great time. The house is exactly as pictured. April was friendly, informative and quick to respond. My only thing I would say about the property that I did not like was security camera inside the home. Even though there is a button to turn the camera off, it still felt like an invasion of privacy.

Great Location and Terrific Property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! This was my first experience with VRBO so I was a little nervous, but April had GREAT communication and the house was clean and well-kept (I'm a little OCD so this always makes me nervous when we travel). The location is fabulous and it was so nice to have a place for everybody to spread out after our daily activities. During our trip we visited Universal Studios, NASA and Crystal River (Manatee swim) and the location made getting to everything easy. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend sleeping in the bedroom at the front of the house that is further from the road. The road noise did wake me a couple of times the first night, but after we were tired from running all day I didn't notice it the rest of the trip and I am a light sleeper. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends!

The O'Connells in Florida AGAIN

We have stayed in many Villas in and around the Lake Wilson Preserve area over the last 20 years and this Villa is, without a doubt, the best we have stayed in. The Villa as really well equipped - probably better than my own home in the United Kingdom - it even had beach towels which is a first as far as we are concerned. The kitchen had every conceivable item you could think of. The Pool was great to have to ourselves particularly after a hard day enjoying ourselves at the various Parks. April was very patient with us as we managed the Villa's alarm system - it would have helped if we had read the instructions properly before we started pushing buttons! I would thoroughly recommend this Villa to everyone and if I had not already booked to stay here next year I would be rushing to do so straight away. Lovely house, great location..........but

My sister and I stayed at the house for two weeks in May and could not find anything to criticise about the house. April was always available online to answer any queries. We have stayed in lots of Florida homes in the past, some much bigger, but we have never found one so well equipped. Everything we needed was there! We were only ten mins from Disney and twenty from Universal.......ideal! However, we were disappointed when we arrived to find the road which was just behind the hedge by the pool. We spent many hours by the pool and found the traffic noise , at times , very intrusive. We couldn't believe no-one else had commented on this in previous reviews. Maybe we were ultra sensitive but I don't believe we were!! That being said, if you don't mind traffic noise I would certainly recommend this property to you. Everything is there to have a fabulous holiday!

Der Kontakt zu April war sehr gut. Sie hat sehr nett und sehr schnell auf alle meine Fragen geantwortet. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zu den Freizeitparks ist trotz häufigem Stau auf der Autobahn noch okay. Wir haben in der Regel eine Dreiviertelstunde zu den Universal Studios benötigt, Disney ist sogar noch näher. Insbesondere der Pool hat uns alle begeistert!!! Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 🌞.

Great for family fun!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of space for everyone and the pool and spa were a big hit. Also, a big plus that many things were provided such as garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap. There were lots of cookware as well, which made making Thanksgiving dinner so much easier. April was great to communicate with and we will definitely book again next time we are in the area!

Everything about it was wonderful. Great distance from the parks. The spa got hot tub hot. Communication with April was so quick and easy. The only thing is I wish we could open the master bedroom at night for sleeping, but it is hooked to the pool alarm so not able to be opened.

We fell in love with Lake Wilson Preserve when we began house hunting in 2008.

What makes this property unique

No rear neighbours and our pool is offset to the side neighbours. This means that no one is looking directly onto the pool area from the back or the sides. We are on a cul-de-sac so our land parcel and the neighbours land parcels are larger than most.
