Relax in this beautiful 5 bedroom / 3 bath single story home nestled in the quiet Highlands Reserve Golf Community in Davenport. It contains an open floor plan with a family room, kitchen, nook and formal dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances, as well as dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and silverware. The sliding glass doors opens to a gorgeous Southwest facing, screened-in pool and lanai with no rear neighbors. Enjoy breathtaking Florida views of a nature reserve. Slip your hiking shoes on and take a walk - no driving needed!

Lovely property. Only issue was the ice maker wasn’t working. And the dishwasher rack kept coming off the wheels. This was our second stay at this house and we hope to stay again next year.

We booked this villa last minute. As our other villa we had booked cancelled on us 2 days before our trip. Our host was fantastic, once we had booked the villa, all details were sent over for entry into the villa. Which kept my mind as ease. The villa was spacious, clean. It had all the amenities that you could want. The pool was great. When we arrived at the villa, it was easy access and it had a book with full details about the villa and the local area including bins days etc. We really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool and the table tennis table.

Great Stay

House was just as described. Perfect with the primary suite on the opposite side of the house from the extra rooms. Roomy, comfortable. Close to shopping if you forget something at home!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen ample for our chef. The heated pool rounded out the stay along with the ping pong table.

Love the property location

This is the second time we have stayed in this house, and my wife never wants to stay anywhere else when we come down. It’s quiet and close to Disney parks. The pool is nice and the house is very clean. No back neighbors and you can often see birds in the open space behind the lot. Great trip!

Spacious house, great location

This was a Disney trip for our family and with onsite being so expensive at Disney they out priced themselves as this house was great and well located. 30-40 mins to all parks, but traffic can always alter those plans. Wish I brought my clubs as the courses in the neighborhoods looked really nice.

Family trip

We planned this trip for awhile to visit the parks. The house was more than we needed but fit us just right. It was clean and spacious. Close to the parks and old town. Reasonable rates and the owner always got back to my questions very promptly.

Large house with nice pool

This house is located in an amazing, beautiful and safe neighborhood. It’s about a 25 minute drive to all the parks. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. The pack and play (bring an sheet) and high chair came in handy. The pool was clean and water just the right temp for the kids to enjoy several hours of play. Beach towels supplied. Plenty of patio furniture and an awning for shade. Bring supplies for a drip coffee maker as that is what is supplied. We were pleased with our stay.
