The Crows nest an updated, off-grid, modern cabin, with amazing views in the mountains of Colorado.
Come check out the views, wildlife, go skiing, hiking, biking or head down to town. Idaho Springs is just 40 minutes out of Denver. This gets you much closer to everything the mountains have to offer without dealing with traffic of the city.

Absolutely gorgeous

The stay was fantastic 😊 we loved it. The house was perfect there are no complaints other than we couldn't stay longer. This is definitely the place to stay if you want a view and peace and quiet. It's not too far away from town and you can get to Denver super easy.easy

Fantastic

This home is literally the best! From the wildlife, nights at the fire pit, comfy beds, to star gazing!! We enjoyed our time here immensely! We will definitely be staying here again! Hopefully soon!!

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

This property is amazing. It had everything you could need for a mountain vacation. Andrew was awesome to work with and we would stay here again. Location is close to Idaho Springs and a short drive from Denver. All the activities we wanted to do were a short drive. The views from the house were beautiful. We are now tempted to move there.

This property had beautiful views! We did our elopement ceremony at the house! It was beautiful! We didn’t realize how far up into the mountains it was, but we enjoyed our stay! Would stay again, next time we will bring friends! ❤️

Best ever!

Came for a weekend trip with adult family and we unanimously agreed this was our favorite rental we’ve ever experienced. Everything was amazing and such easy check in/out. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, house is updated and beautiful, views are out of this world. We loved every minute of it and will be back!

Amazing

The home is beautiful with an incredible view. It was so peaceful, and we loved our time there. Everything was immaculate, and the owners provided everything we needed and more (there were even beautiful fresh flowers on the dining table). Our kids had so much fun exploring and watching the hummingbirds and squirrels playing. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

Great Mountain Views

We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be coming back. The location is just right- it feels remote but is only about 45 minutes from Denver. Great mountain views from the patio and also from pretty much every room in the house. The house is beautiful, too. Modern and very roomy with lots of big windows. Overall it was exactly the mountain getaway we were looking for.

Peaceful getaway close to plenty!

This property is absolutely beautiful and the view is breathtaking! We were looking for a place that was secluded and quiet but close enough to the places we wanted to experience, and this place delivered! Family fun in the Rocky Mountains

Beautiful modern house with rustic characteristics. We loved the wood-burning stove and breath-taking mountain views, sunrise to sunset. With plenty of room to explore, we saw wildlife and hiked nearby. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5. The accommodations were perfect. We were able to cook several meals in the house and do laundry. About 8-10 minutes from Idaho Spring’s fun downtown shops and restaurants, and less than an hour from low-cost skiing at Echo Mountain. Owner was very helpful and friendly, working to maintain the road during heavy snow. We look forward to going back to Idaho Springs!

Amazing Stay

Absolutely gorgeous property if you’re looking for something secluded and quaint. All of the amenities you could need for a reunion with friends. Access to the mountains, trails, town, casino, all while being 1hr away from Denver International. You know it’s good when you simply enjoy the ride up the driveway. 10/10 would recommend

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful place and location. Perfect for all our needs. Owner is super nice and helpful. Don’t forget to ask for where the moose was last. Also, 3 different dogs came to the property but they were all super friendly. Just looking for attention and treats!

Rest and Relaxation

This property did not disappoint. You are in the mountains and it is so quiet. The property manager is very proactive in his communication with you and ensuring all is well. If renting during the winter months make sure to have an AWD vehicle. My family and I have vacationed in many houses and states. This one we actually miss. Hoping that our travels bring us back.

Spectacular

The views are absolutely amazing. The homeowner was an excellent communicator, pleasant, knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy. The home has everything you will need and is very well done. Beautiful place! There are plenty of things to do close by such as white water rafting, hiking, biking, SaintMarys glacier…The home and surroundings are so spectacular you may choose to just hang out and enjoy this beautiful place! We will be back soon.
