This home is the perfect mountain retreat for you and your vacation needs. The open layout provides space for a large family trip or a friends getaway. The game room with pool table and dry bar is the ideal spot for everyone to gather.
This home is part of the beautiful Vallecito Lake community.The reservoir is a mile long and offers great opportunities for fishing, boating, paddle boarding and a host of other water activities. Bordering the Weminuche area of the San Juan National Forest, any outdoor enthusiast will find something to love. This property is a short walk to the 19.5 mile Vallecito Trail, taking you directly into the 499,771 acre Weminuche Wilderness.

Family vacation
The house was adequate. Didn’t realize that it didn’t have A/C, but it worked out ok. The pool table was worn out and needs to be replaced. The house was not as close to Bayfield as I thought. But we did enjoy our stay there.
