Beautiful and Comfortable

This house is so beautiful and comfortable. The beds felt like a luxury hotel bed! The porch with the fire pit is so peaceful and the views are stunning. We loved our stay.

Relaxing, cozy cabin

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property for a quick getaway. The old house was decorated beautifully and well cared for, and the EV charging option was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the coffee setup, close access to the pier and walkability along the beach across the street when the tide was out. We recommend this property!

A lovely place

There is no match to the view that the porch offers! Place was clean and perfect for our family of four. We saw deer, bald eagles, seals - all from the front porch. Will be coming back for sure.

Fantastic view

You never get tired of watching the sea. It is a very quiet and peaceful place. Deer roam the property all day. Only ten minute drive to town for restaurants and supplies.

Ideal weekend getaway

My friends and I came over from Seattle for a relaxing weekend away. The house provided just the peacefulness and coziness we were looking for, and it felt much farther away from the city than it is. The convenient access by ferry or car made it so that we didn’t have to all come and go at the same time, which was very helpful with planning. Would recommend for solo travelers or groups!

Feels like home

Second time visiting, because of this home. It’s charming, quaint, quiet(except for kids riding motorcycles way to fast back and forth down the street) Hosts are very responsive if there is an issue. Neighbors are very friendly(be respectful of them) All summed up, perfect place to stay.

Great Stay

The house is really cute and comfortable. The location is awesome especially if you like to fish. It’s about a two minute walk to the public fishing pier. I saw many people catching coho salmon right off the pier. The owner was excellent at communicating with us and we felt comfortable kno he was near if we needed anything. We hope to stay there again .

A modern experience with a rustic flourish

This is such a charming home, clean and bright and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed our coffee by the fire table watching a dawn break over the water. Beds were superior. I wish it had been warm enough to try the kayaks, but late November was still beautiful.

Cute and cozy cottage on the water

The cottage was a perfect escape for us for the weekend. Remote enough to provide relaxation but close enough to towns that you could get anything you needed pretty easily. The house was nicely redone, purposefully, leaving functional hot point fridge and original farmhouse sink along with butcher block kitchen island.It’s a great place to go for a walk along the water or hang out on the nice front porch with heated table. The hosts were great and provided local coffee for us!

Blue Jays getaway

We were pleasantly surprised to have some kayaks and pool table at our disposal. The ferry ride to Seattle is 30 minutes and the house is located very close to the terminal. If you wanna skip the buzz of the city and enjoy nature and peaceful surroundings this is the place for you. If you wanna go to the city, you get there in under 40 minutes using the ferry. Great and clean place to go

Perfect!

As a family of 4 with two teenagers we decided to end our month road trip of the north west coast with relaxation and we chose wisely! The house is lovely, the neighbors were really nice and welcoming. We used the canoes and the pool table to impress our teenagers and we thoroughly enjoyed the verander in the evenings after enjoying the lovely walks the area offered. Highly recommend is the local farmers market on Saturday and the restaurant Damn Fine Pizza, couldn’t fault the service, food beer selection or the pinball machines. Would certainly recommend this home, great house and good hosts. Jacob and Kayla thank you for the perfect ending of our road trip!
