Updated Carriage House Apt - Centrally Located

This 1930's carriage-house style apartment has been recently revitalized into a modern and comfortable space while still maintaining its original charm. A blend of new and vintage furnishings with beautiful vinyl plank flooring and a soothing color palette make this space comfortable to spend time in when not enjoying the beautiful scenery and attractions of Hampton Bays.

The apartment is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride to the ocean and bay beaches as well as walking distance to town and the train station. Starbucks, bagel shop, post office, Italian restaurants, drug store and a large supermarket are right around the corner. It is an easy summer getaway for hard working NYC individuals. The apartment is set back off the road and surrounded by large mature trees that provide shade and privacy. There is a sunny deck for relaxing, catching some rays and entertaining. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay including central air conditioning, dishwasher, washer, dryer and a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals.

There are plenty of great restaurants in town as well as along the beach for scenic outdoor dining. Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt State Park and the beautifully restored Canoe Place Inn are all within 1 - 3 miles.

If venturing out is on your list, Hampton Bays is one town west of Southampton's Jobs Lane with its quaint shops and eateries and a 15 minute drive to Westhampton's bustling Main St. The Montauk train line comes through Hampton Bays and stops at all the towns between Westhampton and Montauk, including Southampton, Bridgehampton, East Hampton and Amagansett. And lastly, don't forget the great wineries and breweries that you can explore on both the South and North Forks.

Whether you're visiting the Hamptons for a wedding, getaway or long summer season, this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the area.

Grocery store and amazing restaurants are within walking distance; I highly recommend Francescas for pizza and Italian food. Easy to get to a central to many of the Hamptons sites. We were out East for a wedding & opted for VRBO vs hotel. So glad we did! The apartment was just right for 2 people. Very clean, everything needed in the kitchen & comfortable bed. Unfortunately it rained so we were unable to use the outdoor space, but would have been a nice spot for morning coffee. Great location if you’re looking to explore North & South Forks. I would definitely recommend!!

Perfect Hampton Bays place for a couple

Jodie and Ron have a casita behind their house. Well equipped, with a very comfortable bed, super clean, and a short walk to town and a short drive to the beach. Perfect for a couple—and Jodie and Ron are excellent hosts. Highly recommended!

Charming, cozy, updated, & very clean 2nd floor garage apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was spotless. The living/dining area was larger than we expected with tasteful new decor. The spare room had a closet and was perfect for luggage and incidentals. Hope its available the next time we visit family. The only drawback is the driveway is small and tricky to navigate.

Great location, walking into Main St for restaurants and shopping. Clean and all stocked with amenities in kitchen including bottled water, coffees, tea and bags of ice in freezer.
