Spacious Townhome in Perdido Key!

Welcome to the Lazy Days Townhome in Perdido Key, Florida! This townhome was constructed in 2018 in the private Lost Key Golf & Beach community, which provides an array of amenities such as private beach access, resort-style pools, tennis, pickleball, golf, a fitness facility, restaurants, and close proximity to the Lost Key Yacht Club and Marina. Beach access is minutes away whether you chose a leisurely walk or hop on the complimentary shuttle to the private Beach Club directly across the street from the main entrance. Seasonal beach chair service is available by a local vendor. The Beach Club also provides a large deck with lounge chairs, a dipping pool overlooking the ocean, a full-service open-air bar and restaurant, large TVs, and restrooms.

This townhome is located in the front of the community on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of both the resort-style pool and beach. It includes an open concept living and dining area along with three spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms accommodating up to 8 guests. Staying in for the day? We have ping pong, corn hole, board games, Sonos speaker and more for your use. It is the perfect setup for families.

Awesome accommodations and host

Host was proactive and responsive to all requests/needs. Place is comprehensively furnished and comfortable. Resort amenities are many. We shall return.

Absolutely perfect!! To date this is my favorite place I’ve stayed and it offers everything! There wasn’t a moment I wished something was different. Will definitely be back. House was clean and fully stocked. Hosts were absolutely amazing!

Amazing time

We had an absolute awesome stay! We love the location, the pools, the beach club… food, and drinks here are spot on. The beach set up is unbeatable.The owners were so responsive every time I reached out, which was not often… Because everything was really perfect! We will definitely be going back. Hated to leave! Perfect Family Getaway!

The house was super clean, even roomier than the pictures, and had tons of kitchenware (which is always a plus when traveling with families that cook at home a lot). Our hosts were very communicative and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back again!

Home Away From Home

Lazy Days was our home for 5 weeks and we couldn't have found a better place. The townhouse is beautiful and every little detail so well thought out. The development has every amenity you could want; pool, golf, tennis courts and the beach club. The hosts were so kind and welcoming! We can't wait to return next year!

Great property and community

Unit was very nice along with the community and amenities. There was an issue with unit observed by cleaner before we checked in but owner was very good at communicating what was going on with these items and they did not impact our stay.

Amazing spot, great property, and fantastic amenities

We’ve stayed in Perdido Key for years over the 4th of July week to visit family. This is the best place we’ve rented to date. The townhouse is very nice and spacious. The ping pong table in the garage was a hit with the kids. It’s walking distance to the beach club, but there’s also a shuttle that can take you back and forth. It’s also walking distance to the community pool and a well equipped gym. From check-in to check-out, everything went smooth. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking in the area. The owner is also a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Mother's Day Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at Lazy Days! The townhouse was so spacious and immaculate. Everything in this townhome felt brand new. The weather was perfect, so most of our days were spent on the beach or at the resort pool. Having complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas on a private stretch of beach was a refreshing contrast to the packed beaches we are used to in Destin. It was a very relaxing vacation, and we will definitely be back!

Perfect place to vacay

Such a great time! We are right across from the beach so you can walk OR they have a shuttle! Also, the resort has a pool & pickleball/tennis courts. This place has ping pong, cornhole, beach chairs, pickleball paddles, etc as well. Upstairs was freezing - not hot. First time ever that no one has been hot in their bedrooms! Plenty of pots/pans etc. Also, the resort has a pool & clubhouse on the beach! You cant lose by staying here!

Great Townhome

The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. It was updated and felt fresh/beachy. Close walk to the community pool and pickle ball courts, which my adult children loved. We had such a great time just spending with family. Went to Pensacola one day for a dolphin cruise and to Orange Beach another day to jet ski. The Lost Key Resort Community was wonderful. Loved that we didn’t have to pay for beach chairs or umbrellas. Great trip overall!

Hidden Gem in Lost Key!

This place is a hidden gem. The townhome we stayed in was impressive! Lots of space for our family, very clean, and the owners provided many extras that made our vacation carefree. We enjoyed the amenities in Lost Key especially the resort pool and private access to the beach and beach club. The community shuttle made it easy to get around, but everything was within walking distance. We also took advantage of the free beach chair & umbrella service when at the beach. We will definitely be back!

Wow!

My family & I had a wonderful weeks stay in this beautiful beach townhouse. The house is super clean, packed full of everything you could possibly need for your stay. We like to cook & the kitchen was a great space to use and entertain in. All beds were super comfortable & my girls loved the bunks. Overall the house is much larger than I thought from the photos and we really enjoyed our time there! Katie and her family have thought of every detail you could think of to make your stay a home from home - We will be back soon!

Fantastic Experience

This was a fantastic experience for our family of 4. My 4 and 2 year old loved the pool and walking trails. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient, especially since the public beach parking fills up early. The home itself was perfect. Everything felt new and clean. The provided beach chairs and umbrellas were also a big plus. There is a gas grill out back that we used nearly every day. The kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances and/or cooking pans and utensils you could need. This place has everything you need for a great family vacation.

It offers beautiful beaches and is convenient to many family-friendly restaurants and activities nearby. With 3 children of our own, the Florida beaches continue to be a favorite destination! We have chosen to manage this property ourselves so we can work directly with you and offer you all of the things needed to have a memorable vacation.

We chose to purchase a townhome in Lost Key for one reason - the unmatched amenities! Private beach access, golf, tennis, pools, walking trails, and restaurants are all within the gated community. Having a spacious, newly built townhome on a quiet cul-de-sac was an added bonus.

We purchased this townhome because it is more spacious and updated than the typical condos. There are a variety of things to do without having to leave the resort such as swimming, tennis, golf, nature trails, and restaurants. We know what it takes to travel with children so we have included things to make packing a little bit lighter. Our beach home offers extras such as a gourmet kitchen, a pack and play, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels, a ping pong table, and games for use during your stay.
