Renovated unit in a double house with open concept living and kitchen upon entry, vaulted ceiling and natural light. Comfortably appointed with new furnishings and two bedrooms with plush foam mattresses. Roku TV with streaming apps, cable and blazing WIFI. Off and on-street parking, private washer and dryer area attached to back of the house.
House is in a historic Gentilly neighborhood where most homes were built in the early 1940's. Easy access to and from downtown and 15-20 minutes from anywhere in the metro New Orleans area. House consists of "Iris" and "Lotus" units respectively and both share same size, layout and amenities.
