Sorry, this unit is just ok. We’ve stayed in several VRBO Units in New Smyrna Beach, Sevierville and Savanah. This place NEEDS to be updated and was sub-par and did not meet our expectations. My wife asked if this place was was outfitted by Goodwill - I’d compare this unit to a Motel-6 vs staying at a Marriott or Hyatt… Sorry It was “just ok”… I think the owner is just collecting rent and not willing to make any updates or improvements. The carpet needs to go…. Gross to walk on - we kept our footware on all the time. Upon arrival we noted the unit had NO: paper towels; sponge; any spray cleaners. It’s a Beach Unit, with NO Beach Towels. Only 2 wine glasses, glassware, set of 3,2,1,1. All different. The Master bath tub floor was “flimsy” - stained and looks like it was patched. It was very slippery too. Very annoying the exhaust fan was tied to the light on the vanity and the shower. The bed was pretty bad too. Noisy and very - very soft. (Worn out). The living room TV was NEW - I had to remove the protective plastic from the edgers. There is NO basic cable here. Dishwasher only OnlyLite I had to log on with my Spectrum account to watch TV. The AC worked good. Nice that the owner provided an Emergency 911 phone to use if necessary. I’m sorry about all the “complaints”… I’d hope the owner takes this as constructive and will put some money into the unit to make it outstanding. The Property, Siesta Sands and their staff were GREAT! Grounds were well maintained.
