Nicely appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath, Fourth Floor Condo with ocean view from balcony. Dining table easily seats 6 guests, & Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, small appliances (like crock pot, toaster, coffee brewer, etc.), all you'll need for cooking & serving. King size bed in master suite (iSeries Hybrid mattress that is comfortably cool & supportive to all sleeping positions!), 2 queen (medium/firm pillow top) beds in 2nd bedroom. Condo has hurricane windows, Stone floors throughout, Granite counter tops, & 3 large flat screen TVs.
No need to cross the street to get to beach, enjoy a (less than) 2 minute walk from the door to the sand (with our private beach access gate). Beautiful white sands cool to the touch! Chairs & chaise lounges free to our guests on the beach. Also in condo, we provide beach umbrella & chairs, also beach towels! 2 Washers & 2 Dryers (coin operated),conveniently on each floor, near elevators.
The South Village is just across the street, so it's an easy walk to numerous SHOPS and RESTAURANTS. N. Siesta Key Village is just 2.5 miles north. Marina within 5 min walk to book your boating , jet skis, and parasailing.. Nicely located just off the South Bridge onto Siesta Key. Leave your car parked and walk or ride the Free Trolley (which stops right out front every 20 mins), to check out everything Siesta Key has to offer!

Host was great. Came over to help me figure out the TV service. Location was great. We really liked the beach bag left for the guests. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Laundry facilities were just around the corner. Will definitely consider going back on our next trip to the island.

The condo was very clean and in a great location. We loved being so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The trolley makes access to the north village very easy and convenient. Great value for the money spent. We would highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated, clean condo right on the beach. I liked how considerate they were to have bodywash, shampoo and conditioner available. We did not use this amenity however its nice for those who may have forgotten it, get in late or wasnt able to go shopping for it. The kitchen had adequate supplies if you choose to cook, make coffee, or need to reheat something. It was also nice to have supplies to wash dishes and trash bags available. If you are driving be mindful if you have an oversized vehicle that it will not fit in the parking space. There were no spaces in front available however the office let us park on the side. This is no fault of the owners, but the office seemed to give is a hard time and made a big deal out of it which was strange. We live in FL and drove our SUV, so it wasn't like it was a vehicle out of the ordinary. We also have not been to Siesta Key for quite some time and found that most of the beach was flagged up and down as private property and were limited where we could set up our canopy which was a surprise to us from the last time we visited the area. They had people monitoring where people put their chairs, umbrellas, etc and the approach was not well delivered - just something to be aware of when visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seashell Condominiums in Siesta Key. Ron, the unit owner, was a pleasure to work with—very responsive, communicative, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. The condo itself was beautiful, spotless, and well maintained, with plenty of thoughtful amenities provided, including everything we needed for the beach, which made our stay so easy and convenient. The location couldn’t have been better—right on a beautifully groomed beach with crystal-clear water, and just a short walk to great shops and restaurants. Overall, it was the perfect place for our vacation, and we would happily stay again.

Excellent location, very short walk to the beach. Condo was nicely furnished, had plenty of seating in the living room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is a little small but had everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

Great location right on the beach and across the street from Captain Curt’s. Plenty to eat/drink in walking distance. Unit worked great for us (2 adults, 2 teens). We had a couple issues upon check in that were quickly resolved - broken shower head and broken closet door, both in master. Unit has two beach umbrellas, noodles, towels with beach bag (these were looking a little tired), sand toys, chairs, puddle jumpers…plus games/puzzles and a pack n play in the unit. Beach view from balcony was a nice perk too. Kitchen was fully stocked, with toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, spotless fridge, etc. Unit could use some updating and/or a good deep clean, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Being able to walk to private beach access with loungers was priceless!! Sunsets on the beach were gorgeous.

Perfect beach spot!

The condo had everything we needed and was in the perfect location for beach lovers. They had chairs and an umbrella as well as beach toys for the kids which was a great addition. Close to groceries, dinner spots, everything you may need! We had the best week there.

We loved our stay at this property. It had plenty of space for myself/husband and our 2 little boys. The condo itself had so much for us. Games, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, extra pillows and blankets, lots of dishes and supplies. It was such a short walk to the beach and the condo also provides chairs for the beach too. The pool was nice and very clean, the whole property is kept up very nice. The condo is also walking distance to quite a few restaurants, ice cream, gift shops, and a convince store. The only thing I wish it had was its own washer and dryer (it does have coin on the floor though).

We come to Siesta 2 times a year and always stay at the SeaShell.. this was our first time in this unit.. We have another unit we always stay in.. We had 2 this trip. It was wonderful..very clean.. they had everything that we needed including shampoo, which was nice cause our flight was so late getting in. Highly recommend!

Great stay with a lot of amenities

Location on the beach is perfect! The condo does offer a chair/umbrella service for 20/day or 90/week, so you don’t have to haul chairs and umbrellas out unless you don’t want to pay the up charge. It was well worth it though for the week. It can be loud at night across the street with captain Curt’s but you cannot hear it inside the condo.Perfect for small children Lots of beach toys provided and a pack and play! We had a great time !I personally would uber from the airport and not get a rental car because you can literally walk anywhere you want to go. Unless you want to go far off campus multiple days, otherwise, uber and Lyft will be fine !

Family vacation

It was wonderful. Our only complaint was the pool was closed 4 days of the stay. The private beach was fabulous. The condo itself was just as described. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable bed. We are very picky about that. Bathrooms are very small, but are big enough for the basic needs. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location/Accommodations

This condo was in an absolute perfect location. Steps from a private beach, across the street from Captain Curt’s and a very short drive to 2 full sized grocery stores. The condo was super comfortable for my wife, 2 kids and my mom. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch and plenty of delicious restaurants nearby for dinner. The building itself was older, but the condo has been upgraded and provided a great beach feel. The condo also had some beach chairs and beach toys for the kids including a boogie board. Lounge chairs and others chairs were available for free, but you have to get them from the pile near parking lot. If you want someone else to get them and have an umbrella, it was 20/day; not a negative, but sharing for information only. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this condo!! You won’t regret it.

Sunny Getaway

The property was perfect. We were within walking distance to anything we needed. Having a private beach was a must, and the sunset can be seen right from the balcony. The condo was better equipped than many we’ve stayed at, and the owner was very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Place

We had a wonderful time on our mini-break. The location was ideal, with the beach just a stone's throw away and breathtaking views from the balcony. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The only issue was the missing kettle, which was promised but never delivered. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we'd love to go back.

Perfect location

Our condo that was originally booked was canceled due to damage from hurricane Milton. Luckily I found this property on VRBO just days before departure. The location, property and people made our almost cancelled vacation great. Friends from Orlando came and spent 2 nights with us as well, and they also thought the condo and property were great

Wonderful Condo

The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. The decor of the condo is bright and inviting. It was very clean and we had access to beach supplies which was a nice surprise. Check in was very smooth. We would definitely stay here again.
