Why they chose this property
Poinciana, best known for the Royal poinciana flower. The flower enhances certitude, assurance and confidence. This area is clearly for new beginnings. This unit sit in the heart of Poinciana surrounded a calm ambience. But 30 min away from all of the Orlando and Kissimmee attractions.

This house is 10 min away from the local hospital ( Poinciana medical center) for travel nurses, and 30 mins away from Disney for the family on vacation..
