DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
PARKING: 1 space provided in shared double carport, accommodates most vehicles (some SUV's). Garage dimensions are 83" H and double wide. Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered).
LAUNDRY: Shared coin-operated laundry facilities are located along ground floor walkway near garage. Guests must provide all laundry supplies.
NOTE: The upper 4 bedroom/2 bath unit (sleeps 10) can also be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate a maximum number of 18 total overnight guests on the entire property. See separate listing or contact our office for more information.
OFF-SEASON OPTIONS: During the Winter Off-Season, this unit can be rented as a 3, 2, or 1 bedroom unit. Rates vary based on the configuration. Please refer to the "Additional information: Winter Option Rates" section of this listing. (June thru Sept., Spring Break, and Holidays excluded)
