BEAUTIFUL lakefront apartment located on the lower level of Hot Springs Village townhome. This apartment is self-contained, private & offers an amazing atmosphere just 30 feet from the lake! Relax on the patio with coffee or drinks, feed the geese, go fishing or just enjoy the beauty of the lake! A lighted walkway leads down and around to the apartment entrance and the walkway is on a hill. If you have mobility issues please take this into consideration. Your safety and comfort is of utmost importance to me! A beautiful neighborhood park is right across the street. Featuring a custom totem pole that was hand carved on site by an amazing artist. A quaint wishing well and gorgeous landscaping. make it a lovely place to sit, watch the ducks and geese and just enjoy the beautiful view.
Downtown Hot Springs art galleries, shops & Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort are just a short distance away!
Please note that, as the owner, I occupy the upper level of the townhome but am out of town often. If here, I respect guests privacy at ALL times!

Very quiet, relaxing accommodations. . We had everything we needed from snacks, to drinks. So clean & inviting. Host was easy to reach and so kind! We would definitely come back!

The place to stay was absolutely beautiful. It was quiet, clean and very friendly. The host went out of her way to accommodate our needs. We will definitely be hitting her back up if we ever get back out that way and we highly recommend this place.

Love the views and the thoughtfulness of the hostess who always has snacks and treats for her guests. Our pups feel very comfortable, too.

Perfect view of the lake. Cute decor and several snacks provided by the hostess. Walkable quiet street with a walking trail along the road. Reasonable daily rate.

Great Thanksgiving Week

Really great property to stay at during the fall. The host also made us breakfast on our last day, which was a great cherry on top.
