Located walking distance to world famous polo grounds home to Coachella, Stage Coach, and Power Trip, come enjoy our spacious 3 Bedroom home on Indian Palms CC Golf Course with private Pool and Hot Tub overlooking the course. The house comes w/ 2 car garage, 2 car driveway, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, spacious closets, spacious open kitchen - perfect for hosting! Backyard on the 6th green with pool, hot tub, grill, table and chairs, outdoor TV, Ping-Pong Table, Cornhole.
House comes with floats, linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen, first aid kit, washer/ dryer, ceilings fans in all rooms, 3 smart tv's, smart thermostat, keyless entry and front door ring cam

3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1/2 bath, appx. 2200 sq ft situated directly on the golf course.
The Interior:
Open concept kitchen, dining and living room complete with slate floors, new extra large sectional sofa, smart TV, amazon echo speakers and fireplace for the cold desert winter nights. Laundry room with washer, dryer, and large sink makes this a perfect place for your extended stay.
Bedrooms:
1. Master - King bed, twin blow up mattress, smart TV, master bathroom suite w/ shower and tub. HUGE master walk in closet. Sliding door to the backyard.
2. Queen #1 - 2 set's of bunk beds, shared jack & Jill bathroom, room sleeps 6
3. Queen #2 - Queen bed, shared jack & jill bathroom
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with everything you need to host family and friends. All major appliances - Electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. Brew your morning coffee with our Kuerig, Coffee Maker, or Nespresso machines and saddle up to our extra large island that seats 3 or our kitchen table that seats 7 and take in the views of the golf course.
Backyard:
Private saltwater pool and jacuzzi with pool toys for the kids, BBQ, covered patio with outdoor table and seating for 8, smart TV, corn hole, 2 lounge chairs, and 3 outdoor umbrellas. Backyard has a small grass area for games and pups, and gate out to the golf course.
Parking:
2 car garage + 2 spots in driveway

Indian Palms CC is a beautiful private gated community located 1 mile of Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella,Stagecoach,Power Trip). Whether you are here to lounge, golf, or enjoy one of the top music festivals in the world, there is something for everyone here.
We love how peaceful, well kept, and friendly the neighborhood is. You will also have access to pickle ball and tennis courts, golf, fitness center, and community lap pool.

What makes this property unique
The hot tub can be heated for an additional $39 per day for length of stay. Must pay in advance through VRBO. We start the hot tub daily through our app. The equipment is expensive and sensitive - you may not use without the proper instructions. If hot tub is used without paying fee or permission - charges of any damage occurring and fees will be assigned to guest through Air B n B. Hot tub will turn off every evening at 12pm.
