Great for a staycation, or work-from-home alternative. Cozy home 4 minutes from I-35 and I-435. This neighborhood is extremely convenient on your trip to Worlds of Fun, Oceans of Fun - 6 minutes away; Sprint Center - 16 minutes away; Power and Light District - 16 minutes away; the Ford Plant in Claycomo - 7 minutes away; Arrowhead (Go Chiefs!!!)/ Kauffman Stadium (Go Royals!!!) - 17 minutes away; and Crown Center/LegoLand/Science City - 18 minutes away.

I am available from 8am through around 9pm 7 days a week. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

This is 1/2 of a duplex. This half, sleeps 6. If you need more space, message me and book both sides at a discounted rate!
