The space was perfect for a one night stay but could definitely serve as a multiple night visit. Quite an efficient space, too. Everything you need. Parking was easy and close. The neighborhood can be a bit loud at night but not too bad and nothing the host can do about it. Very convenient location to all government locations.

Aside from a struggle with the key and getting in at first. the property is beautiful. In a convenient location and everything was up to date . Very pleasant stay.
We enjoyed our stay in Albany for our son’s college graduation. The location was perfect for us to go out to dinner downtown! We would definitely stay here again.
Perfect apartment for staying in downtown Albany! Would stay here again! We walked to local restaurants and bars. Easy street parking.

Thank you so much and we're glad you had a wonderful time! We have done a monthly furniture update and appreciate your feedback! We know the importance of monthly inspections and wear and tear and always appreciate guests letting us know so we can do better! You are welcome back anytime.
The property is one that is extremely appealing to the eye. This historic yet modern on the inside is what caught my eye as well as the price for such a sleek stay. The host was an amazing host and left plenty of good eats, treats, and things to see. While relocating here, it is places like this that I appreciate being able to feel like home.
Great place to stay and very easy to get to and access.
We went to Albany for a concert and had a 4 minute walk from our door. Couldn’t get any better. Only issue was the steps were icy but to be fair they did have a storm roughly 24 hours prior to our arrival so I understand things happen. Besides that would give a 6 out of 5 for our stay.
This condo was very clean & nice location to the best italian restaurant we have ever been to (Cafe Capriccio). Would highly suggest a bath mat is needed outside of shower, marble floor is very slippy.

Convenient location (a little scary), but no parking available. Street parking was hit or miss. The condo was small & couch was a bit uncomfortable. No oven and no extra blankets, towels, or pillows. Location was quiet considering there was a meadery & tasting room next door.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Street parking was easy to find. We had some issues with cigarette smoke from the restaurant downstairs coming into the apartment the first night of our stay. We notified the host who was very accommodating. She investigated the issue for us and even offered us alternate accommodations if necessary. After the host spoke with the restaurant we had no further issues smoke. It was a well-appointed unit with a very convenient location.
Perfect spot for our stay while watching the HS Wrestling State Championships. The convenience to the Arena was phenomenal, we were able to stay parked by the property and walk each day avoiding the crowds and traffic. Was able to take break from watching and head back to relax which was a bonus for my husband who was coaching and needed a break from the hustle and bustle of the hotel with all the wrestling kids and coaches. Ideal location for what we need when attending this event, hope to use it again in the future. Thanks again for a great stay!
I am always excited to come back home to Albany to spend time with family! This unit was WONDERFUL! It’s in the heart of Albany; a walk away from the Empire Plaza and more!
I stayed there with a family member and my 21month old child-spaciousness enough for her to be comfortable ! This unit is Bright!, Clean!, and Simple! The price of the unit was key to my budget and so worth every dollar! No hassle with location and found parking every time I returned from driving around! Communication with the hostess was great! This is a definite “stay again” when I come back to Albany!
Thank you so much!

Needs More Accuracy
Overall, it was a nice and clean apartment.
However the online listing said it had two beds and sleeps 3. A couch is not a bed and there were not linens for it. This apartment sleeps 2.
There was an odor of marijuana in the building and it is located above a bar. The bar noise was not an issue - but something that should be noted.
I was at the Empire Plaza for the NYSUTeachers convention. Started 7am and went until 11pm. Yes.. alot of time at the Plaza and not in the apartment.
However the sleep time was great..mattress wonderful and sheets super soft. I took a shower and then left to Madison Avenue.
I was really happy how close the place was to Empire Plaza especially since it was raining.
I will definitely return to this place again for our next trip to Albany.
Here's to NYState Teacher's union..and your wonderful apartment.
Thank you Linda for the great experience.

I would like to give this apartment a higher rating, but the check-in instructions were incomplete, and I was unable to enter it for the first night of my stay. The host was unavailable to correct the problem. VRBO had to put me up a local hotel instead. Luckily something was available for the night within a few blocks of the apartment. It was inconvenient, but could have been much worse. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. I enjoyed the remaining two nights of my stay once I received the correct instructions for entering into it.The lack of a dedicated parking space is a concern. I didn't have trouble finding on-street parking nearby, but it could be a problem. The location is a typical urban neighborhood. Not especially attractive (at least, not to me) but I didn't feel unsafe. It's a 15-minute walk to a supermarket, and most of the capitol buildings are also within that distance.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was wonderful to have our own space to escape to when my parents got to be too much. The space is nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious. The ceilings are high and there are plenty of windows for light. The bathroom is beautiful. We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. We ate at Cafe Capriccio. We visited the Corning Tower, the restaurants and bars on Lark Street, and the Spectrum Theater. We did have some issues with the Wifi. It was out for several hours twice during our stay. The main router is in another unit and both times we had to wait for the host to get in touch with the other unit tenant to reset it.We also had major issues with the lock on the unit door. The lock is super fiddly and the other tenants had to help us get in on a few occasions. I don’t believe we were given the coorect combo for the front door, but again one of the tenants said that she had stayed in our unit before and told us what it should be.It was a very convenient place for us to stay while caring for my parents.
