Wonderful Stay!

The home is beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family, my husband, son and myself. Area is so pretty and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

All was good except unlocking the door. The place was very clean and plenty of towels. Very well located.

A cute spot! Very clean and had everything we needed! A good spot in Delmar that was conveniently located to downtown Albany! Would stay again!

Good location for Delmar. But the check in process left me having to stay at a family’s house because none of the codes worked. By the time we got in it was the next day.

As always thw home was clean and cozy. I would only note that the bathroom door didn't close all the way. It probably needs a hook ir something to keep ot closed. Other than that the stay was wonderful!

Great place…Close to Albany

Perfect location to stay until my son got keys to his new place in Albany. Walkable to several restaurants and shops. A park is across the street. I will book it again! Primary bed room is very large. The beds were comfortable. Safe location-police station is practically across the street! I really enjoyed walking around the block.

Wonderful place with a great location …. Cute coffee shop just down the street …. I’ve rented this place multiple times !! Communication is awesome and property manager has been awesome to work with.

Good place to crash

Apartment was clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The lock on the door needed to be replaced. On arrival and whenever we would come and go, the pad wouldn’t work and you had to fiddle with it each time. We did make the property contact aware. I also wish there was access to a washer and dryer. Other than that, the place was good! Bed was way to squishy for our liking, but that’s only personal preference!

Great location

cozy old home with great wood floors. Updated bathroom and well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Had a great stay, came to visit grandchildren. Pretty neighborhood. Market and restaurants walking distance. we will be back.

Delmar Delight

We enjoyed our stay in this first floor unit in a historic house. The Master is huge, the LR bright and comfortable, the kit hen well-stocked and the bathroom modern. We loved that the neighborhood was walkable, with great coffee shops and restaurants, as well as, an indie bookstore. The lication is convenient to anything you want to do in the Capital Region yet feels private and charming. We will return!

Comfortable and Convenient

We had a great stay and the house is nicely located and within walking distance to the 4 corners. I grew up in Delmar so it was great to be able to walk around my old neighborhood. There is a person living upstairs but they were incredibly quiet and occasionally we could hear them walking around but that it is to be expected in an older house. Also the wireless gave us a few issues in staying connected, but the property manager was prompt in communication and follow up.

Terrible experience!!

Guest Host was non responsive. Could not even enter the property for a full day after arriving according to our dates. The property management company, Evolve has not updated their checkin instructions in sometime. Nothing was accurate. No WiFi, which resulted in no TV. Loud full time tent above the unit who was up all night and extremely busy highway right outside the house. We left the next day due to all these errors and misrepresentations. Evolve refused to do the right thing and refund us our money even though they I documented in detail all these issues.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
