The great room features comfortable furnishings, cathedral ceilings, a Smart TV, exquisite views of the marsh area. Just off the great room you’ll find a smaller gathering space, perfect for game night or for guests who need to have a working vacation. You’ll also find a formal dining area located off the living area as well.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream, outfitted with everything you’ll need to cook a meal for your guests. The kitchen area features custom cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances including a double oven and a wine fridge. Access to the screened in porch and deck area can be accessed through French doors, just beyond the breakfast table.

The main level of the home also has one of two master suites. This room features a king bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, as well as access to the back deck.

The remaining 4 bedrooms are located up the stairs. The second master bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV, an enclosed porch with marsh view. This room also has a Keurig coffee station, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The king and queen guest bedrooms both have Smart TVs and share a jack and jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There’s also a bunk room- perfect for the kids in the group! Other child-friendly features include a crib and a Pack ’n Play.

Enjoy the scenic lowcountry with the ample outdoor space the home has to offer, including a grill area and a firepit. The owners of the home have also added an electric vehicle charger.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: A short drive or bike ride to the beach.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this residence.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 3. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
