Mis padres trabajaron tan duro para comprar esta propiedad y construyeron su "casa de sus sueños". Las palabras que escucho para describir una visita a The Hut son: tranquilo y relajante. Esta propiedad es una plantación histórica de 62 acres que fue una plantación en funcionamiento al mismo tiempo.
Está adornado con el encanto del sur y treinta, robles de 400 años de edad. A solo 1,6 km del aeropuerto ejecutivo de Charleston. La casa de cuatro dormitorios con cinco baños está ubicada en un profundo arroyo y un dique flotante recién construido a solo 20 minutos en automóvil del centro de Charleston y las islas Kiawah y Seabrook. This was a great place for two sets of grandparents, 2-year-old grandson and parent to spend a long peaceful weekend together. We all had our privacy, but the living space accommodated us and the two dogs well. The view from the screened porch was perfect. The only thing wrong was that we could stay longer.

The kitchen was fully furnished and the whole house was clean and well furnished. The pets were happy there as well! Perfect location for three families to meet and visit!

We loved this absolutely charming home that had everything we needed. The location was perfect; convenient to everything downtown Charleston has to offer while also being just enough away from the hustle and bustle to have some quiet. The sunrises were spectacular and I found myself sitting on the dock with coffee every morning and a glass of wine every evening. I loved this so much!

The marsh is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The home was dated but comfortable and spacious. We practically lived on the screened in porch watching the changing of the tides, the marsh birds, and the majestic sun rises.

Country home close to the city

Communication with manager was easy. She was as nice as can be. House was very "Old Country Home” but in the best way. Reasonable driving distance from just about anything you could want to do. My family and dogs loved it.

Thanksgiving in Charleston

Jane was very helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay again. We had a very nice time and were able to explore both the Johns Island area and beaches as well as historic Charleston (our first time in the area). All-in-all, we had a wonderful time.

Amazing place!

My husband, 2 sons (ages 17 & 20), parents, and sister all stayed at this beautiful property. The property was super clean and exactly like it was described. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out. Check in was easy. I would love to stay again!

Heaven on Earth

What a perfect location among the huge old live oaks. This location is absolutely perfect, you are not close to neighbors, and as I titled it, it's heaven on earth. Beautiful view over the marsh and tidal creek, the sunrises were absolutely beautiful. Fishing was awesome.Couldn't ask for anything better. We are all ready planning home return trips here. Jane, the owner was absolutely wonderful. A true showing of southern hospitality. Can't wait to get back here!

Quick Getaway

The property was peaceful and beautiful with all the old trees along with the wildlife in the background. Enjoyed being able to kayak in the creek which was fun during high tide. Communication was great with Jane.
