Thanks for your feedback and we're glad you enjoyed the pool! Sorry about the confusion regarding the noise policy. We do have close neighbors, and sometimes the quiet hours can feel a bit strict, but we just want to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay. We don't mind everyone staying in the backyard past 10 PM as long as everything's relaxed and chill. We’ll make sure to clarify the rules better in the future. Hope to host you again soon!

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback, Jay. I’m glad our communication and check-in were solid, but I’m truly sorry the rest of the stay didn’t live up to what you expected, especially the pool since that was something y’all were really looking forward to. We’ve taken your comments seriously and have worked with our team on the items you brought up. We always want the home to feel well cared for and worth what our guests paid, and I’m sorry we missed the mark during your visit. We appreciate you staying with us, Jay, and would love the chance to give y’all a much better Five Star experience next time you’re in Austin.
