One level 3 Bedroom ranch style home with two car garage. Open style Kitchen and Living room leads to wrap around deck with gas grill out to the back yard. 4 car driveway. Very quiet neighborhood and 3 miles away from the Long Island beach. There is water access to Lake Winnipesaukee 1/2 mile away.

Why they chose this property
Our vacation home is in the very quiet Kona Mansion area off of Moultonborough Neck Road. It is one story living with a fenced in front yard and a nice backyard with the back deck overlooking it. Plenty of driveway parking and a two car garage with an inside door leading to the open space kitchen and living room area. The house is very close to the town stores and Long Island public beach, which is about 3 miles away.

Very accessible and one level living with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
