Nuestra hermosa y extremadamente limpia casa de 2400 s / f en la comunidad de playa privada de Suissevale en el lago Winnipesaukee, Moultonborough. ¿Vas a asistir a una boda de otoño en Caste in the Clouds? Estamos a 3 millas de allí! Vacaciones de verano en la playa, estamos a 1/2 milla de la playa de asociación privada. ¡No te decepcionará esta casa! La casa está muy bien cuidada, muy limpia y los muebles son nuevos. La asociación privada Suissevale Beach está a menos de media milla de la casa. El diseño de la casa es perfecto para 2 familias que comparten el espacio. El gran dormitorio principal y baño es una ventaja. Hay un estudio y una gran sala, por lo que todos tendrán espacio para relajarse después de un día en la playa. La playa de Suissevale es considerada una de las mejores playas de Winnipesaukee, con una zona de baño muy grande y segura. Hay un lanzamiento de barco 1/2 milla de la casa. La playa tiene un parque infantil, mesas de picnic y áreas de parrilla, solo traiga su carbón. Además, la casa está a 200 yardas de la casa club Suissevale, que cuenta con un parque infantil, 2 canchas de tenis, canasta de baloncesto y algo de asfalto para patinetas o scooters. House was exactly as listed, clean, comfy beds well stocked with essentials (need to bring sheets and towels). Price was perfect for such a large house as well. Would definitely recommend. Easy to communicate with host.

This is an amazing place. It is so warm and welcoming and very relaxing. There is so much to do in the Lakes Region and you have to experience it but this is the place you want to return to after a busy day.

This home is awesome - it has plenty of room for everyone and is very well appointed. Beds are comfy too! The clubhouse & playground are right across the street so it’s great for kids. The spiral staircase is a little dicey for small kids but we had a 1.5 and 4.5 year old and no problems!Jen the owner was great to work with - we will definitely be back!

Lovely home in the heart of Suissevale. My husband, son, daughter in law and 6 and 4 year old grandsons all enjoyed ourselves very much for a week in August. The house is very spacious with many rooms to relax in and a large front porch.

Bike Week 2025

The house was pristine and Jennifer was splendid to work with, she was very flexible and the house rules were reasonable. The neighborhood was gorgeous and the neighbors were welcoming and kind. Would totally recommend.

Excellent house for two familes

We had an excellent stay at Jennifer’s. The house is a very long ranch style (with upstairs section, too) so was perfect for grandparents on one side with large bedroom/bathroom suite and our family of 4 on the other. Very easy check in and Jennifer was quite accomodating.

Family gathering for Celebration of Life service

Words cannot express how pleased we were with our 3 night stay in Moultonborough! The home was just that: a loved home! We felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment we arrived. Thanksgiving at the lake

This was our second family vacation at this property and it is always wonderful. Large house with plenty of room for extended family. Kitchen has absolutely everything you could need. Jennifer is a joy to communicate with. Looking forward to another.duture stay.

Cozy and Spacious Home

The house was clean and perfect for our group of 11 to stay for the weekend. It was very close to the lake and it was a quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to respond and helpful. The only part that was a hassle was bringing our own bedsheets and towels. Since we drove here it wasn’t as big of a deal, but for people with space limitations, it would be a lot. We wish the bedsheets were provided, but other than that, everything was perfect!

Spacious getaway surrounded by mountains

Jen’s home had more than enough room for our two families. Everyone had a spot at the large kitchen table. The house was clean and each living area was spacious enough for all but it was nice to have the option to spread out into the other when needed. The area is beautiful and a great neighborhood to walk around and enjoy. The community center has swings and a small playground for the kids and is right next door. The beach is beautiful and a short walk down the road. Castle in the clouds though closed for the winter has tons of beautiful hiking trails and views that are accessible year round and is less than 10 minutes away. Be sure to check out the brook trail With all its waterfalls. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time.

Great Stay With Friends

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our party of 7 adults. It has a nice deck with plenty of seating for everyone. Jennifer was great to work with and very accommodating to our needs.

Very convenient to Castle in the Clouds

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It worked out perfectly to accommodate our family for a large wedding. Has great amenities, with a large dining / kitchen area and two sitting/tv rooms. Comfortable beds and was only 7 minutes from our venue. The homeowner was an excellent communicator and facilitated our stay very nicely. Would recommend! Beautiful area and beautiful stay! Thank you!

One of the Best Homes in Suissevale!

Very cool and spacious home! This house is significantly nicer (and newer) than almost all other properties you'll find in the neighborhood. Definitely worth the few extra bucks a night. I loved this place inside and out and look forward to staying again!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

My parents bought a vacation home in Suissevale in 1976, and I've loved the area since! I learned to swim at the Suissevale beach, now my young children have learned to swim there as well. The lake is 1/2 mile from house . My parents and both brothers and their families are here, so we love being able have great family time in Suissevale. I love this end of the Lake as it is quiet and peaceful, but still has great restaurants and shops!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Tons of room for entertaining and peace and quiet, if that is what we need. The dining room fits 12 comfortably, and we fill up every seat most dinners with our extended family. A .4 mile short walk down the hill to the private association beach is great. 2 dens allow for adult space….and kid space ! The master bedroom has a king bed and private in suite bathroom (with shower). The 2 bedrooms upstairs (queen bed, other room has queen and twin) share a bathroom. The kids bunk room has easy access to the 3rd bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen for your entertaining needs. Guest bring their own sheets and towels. Beds have pillows, blankets and quilts . If you want owner to coordinate rental of sheets and towels (roughly $175 for the stay) just ask as this MIGHT be an option. However, rental service is not available during June, July and August says.
