Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Snuggle up by the fireplace and enjoy your company, or go for a short walk to multiple different restaurants close by. Just two blocks from Wasatch Academy, and a short drive to the beautiful mountains. We live upstairs, and are happy to help you with anything you need to make your stay comfortable, but will also give you the privacy you want. Private parking (4 spots) and entrance. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.

We have 4 parking spots available. We are basically dead center of Mount Pleasant so it's easy to get to place to place, and you can even walk to most everything.

Very clean, comfortable beds, thick towels, ample hot water, consistent comfortable temperature, large washer/dryer, very nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood with deer walking through the yard. Host left a birthday gift bag for my 12 year old, my daughter was so thrilled. We hope to stay again!

This cozy basement apartment was perfect for our stay! It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed — the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dishes, parking was plentiful, and the space offered plenty of peace and privacy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend!

Lovely super comfortable apartment!

Everything was perfect! Super comfy. Bed was comfy. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes and everything you need. We would definitely stay again!

I was contacted and told we could check in early but that her husband would be the one cleaning the unit. While overall the place was cleaned out, there were a few slight issues that were reported. The garbage was completely full upon check in.The bottom bunk mattress had a very unpleasant smell. The pull out couch has an additional pad to be used for the pull out mattress to be properly slept in. We were not told where to locate this or that it would have been the option until after the stayThe visitors staying in that area ended up having one on the couch and the other on the floor. We were all awoken at 8AM by children running and playing upstairs in the home. This was a bit of a disappointment as paying guests we would hope to be able to sleep in closer to our check out time if 11AM without disruption.The check in and check out was painless and communication regarding these issues was well received. Still giving a solid 4 stars.

Host Shelby was extremely attentive, reaching out often with helpful information and remaining accessible for any questions. The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable—a nice bonus. The location was ideal for my business needs and close to restaurants. I would definitely stay there again .
