My group had a great time!Master bedroom is beautiful with a gorgeous bathroom. The pullout couch in the living room was very comfortable. The pool and the creek were lovely, creek was absolutely beautiful! We especially appreciated being able to bring our pups and the super simple checkout process. Definitely recommend!

Quiet Getaway

Such a sweet spot for a weekend respite! We loved the quiet spot down on the river and kayaking for some added fun. It was great!

Renee was very prompt in answering our questions and resolving any issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and river access were a great way to entertain the family.

Weekend Getaway

The property was nice, a beautiful place to stay for the weekend! We loved going down to the river than runs behind the house, the weather was a bit chilly in the evenings so we only got to enjoy it for a couple of hours. Very peaceful

Awesome mini-vacation

This property was amazing!!! Location was great, house was just amazing-it had everything you could need, used the atv to get to and from river. Water was perfect and had a great watering hole. Will definitely stay again. My only complaint , myself being a horse owner ,waking up to horses across the street every morning made me miss my horse more :)

We rented this home for a church youth group and they absolutely LOVED it! We will definitely be back. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed. We had the best time. Thanks so much!

A Great time!!

This is the 2nd year in a row we’ve rented this home for our church youth group. The home is lovely & clean. We love having the pool & side by side for outside activities!!! Renee is awesome and always responds very promptly. Planning to return again next year :)

This guest only did this review because they got mad that I asked for $100 to replace sheets that were ruined and extra cleanings fees. There was a substance all over 1 room that took 2 extra hours to clean up. Also the guest brought pets that was not included in the booking. This guest could not find the garage door opener. I asked twice if they found it and did not get a response. That could have been solved easily with communication. Garbage disposal could have been unclogged easily if we had been made aware of that. Communication and honesty go a long way in a successful booking. Its unfortunate this guest couldnt do either.

Wonderful mini vacations

Beautiful place, spacious, clean, all essentials included. Absolutely enjoyed the river!! Pool was not working well, water was very cloudy but owner was upfront about it and offered a discount if issue wasn’t resolved. Lovely view all around. We would definitely recommend. Hopefully pool issue gets resolved soon, I understand Ms. Carvajal is working hard to fix it.

Beautiful

Property as described. Close to Kerrville and river is beautiful. Unable to get in touch with Renee, so we left after one day. The UTV was Not available due to garage door not working. Text to Renee no response even til now. 1:40 pm Sunday. The pool was not clean, maybe overlooked, but certainly usable if it were clean. Neighbors partied on Friday night til wee hours and I understand she can’t control that. I have high marks because both of my issues with the place are very fixable. So maybe a number where you could get questions sns

Hey Susanne, I apologize for any issues you had but I have no received any messages from you. I messaged you through VRBO ap Friday morning and never got a response. I am not sure where you were messaging but it wasnt to me. There was an accessible garage door opener for you and pool was cleaned the day you arrived. Again I apologize for the miscommunication as I would have been glad to fix any issues but never received any messages from you. Hopefully we will get another chance to have you at our home. You were also most welcome to drive your vehicle to the river at the back of the property.

There are definitely some things changing with this property that did not match the description. The description states there is a garage but there was not one. I’m assuming with prior flooding it was washed out however the pictures were not updated . The home appears to be in stages of fix up, every door handle would fall in the house, the bunk beds were so squeaky and unstable two of kids were afraid to sleep on them for fear they would fall apart. there was no fenced backyard as shown in the photos, and although it was not clearly stated anywhere there is no entrance or exit with out going up a spiral staircase or metal staircase in the front which not a huge big deal but hauling up rolling suit cases was a beating. The house was fine and served the purpose for our trip

The home was beautiful and had modern appliances. Our kids even loved the microwave! The property was very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and always answered my questions. The pool was a great addition to our vacation, even though the pump was out of order. There was plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture, allowing us to eat inside or out. The kids loved the kayaks and made good use of them. We were able to bring our ATV, which was helpful for getting back and fort
