Perfect location for tourists. Excellent house condition and stay like at home. Nearby local and super markets with fruits, vegeatables and meats provide everything. Host is very good in English counication. We enjoyed four days stay very much.

Very comfortable, family friendly

Excellent apartment. Very well equipped (soft towels, quality pans, TV apps, strong internet for working, etc) and comfortable. It's ground floor so good if you have loud kids :) to not bother others. Almost no street noise at night. Just 1 block to a huge local market with foods, lunches/dinners, sundries. 15 minute walk to Centro or 1.50 taxi.

Our vision was to create accommodations that offer travelers a more modern, upscale experience while still embracing the warmth and charm that make Cuenca such a special destination. Each apartment has been thoughtfully designed with comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and practical conveniences to help guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Although we live abroad, we remain personally involved with every reservation. We typically respond to messages within minutes—and never more than an hour whenever possible—and are always happy to assist with local recommendations, travel tips, or anything you may need before or during your stay.

If any assistance is needed in person, our trusted local building manager is available to help promptly.

Our goal is simple: provide exceptional hospitality, seamless communication, an effortless check-in and check-out experience, and accommodations that consistently exceed expectations. We believe the little details make the biggest difference, and we work hard to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable, worry-free, five-star stay.
