One of a kind top floor penthouse (38th floor) corner unit in desirable Tower 1 at the prestigious MGM Signature. Views overlooking both the Strip and the mountains of picturesque Las Vegas. Privately owned with no additional resort fees! Recently partially remodeled/refurnished and features 873 square feet of luxury.

Great Accomodations

Really clean, stylish and upscale... especially for the rate. I love the Signature as a place to be close to everything but far enough away from the drunks and the noise to relax. This is a great apartment in a great tower. Perfect.

MGM Magnificent

Perfect, private Vegas getaway for two

This was the perfect, private getaway for our concert at the Sphere. Super clean, nicely updated condo with excellent use of all of the space! Our most favorite thing was sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and soaking in the view! Extremely comfortable bed, plenty of towels, nice appliances, the list could go on and on. If only we had had more time to enjoy all of the nice upgraded touches. Looking forward to booking our next stay very soon! If you are looking for a spot gently tucked away from the casino vibe but close enough to jump right in when you are ready…book this property today! Don’t hesitate.
