***Welcome to our Las Vegas vacation property. We have VRBO experience, including wonderful ratings and reviews for our property in Hawaii, VRBO #2522554. We are excited to now offer this amazing Las Vegas top story Penthouse as well, with the same high level of luxury and customer service.

One of a kind top floor penthouse (38th floor) corner unit in desirable Tower 1 at the prestigious MGM Signature. Views overlooking both the Strip and the mountains of picturesque Las Vegas. Privately owned with no additional resort fees! Recently partially remodeled/refurnished and features 873 square feet of luxury. This is not a cookie cutter unit - every detail has been thought out to create a top notch experience.

INFO ABOUT THE UNIT AND AMENITIES:
*All new flooring throughout.
*Stunning custom tin ceiling in living room.
*Luxurious granite and marble bathrooms - including master bath with his and hers counters and jetted tub for two.
*Gorgeous full kitchen including high end appliances, utensils, dishes, cookware and Keurig coffee maker.
*Brand new Tempur-Pedic king size mattress.
*Relaxing seating area in bedroom to enjoy views of the Strip.
*Private balcony with expansive views of mountains and airport.
*Hotel Hospitality TV in the living room with select programming and movies (charges may apply).
* ROKU/Smart TV in the Bedroom
*Work out for no cost at the MGM Signature gym, conveniently located in Tower 1.
*Access to MGM Signature and MGM Grand pools, including MGM Wet Republic (all pools subject to MGM seasonal hours, MGM fees apply for Wet Republic).

*This unit is cleaned by a licensed cleaning team after every guest check out. The MGM Signature does not provide daily cleaning or additional service items for this unit.
*If your stay is 7 days or longer, hosts will provide a restocking/refresh midway through your stay at no additional charge.
*Laundry access for guests staying 7+ days.
***PLEASE NOTE: Entire inside of MGM Signature property is smoke free. $500 EXTRA CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR SMOKING IN UNIT.

Really enjoyed our stay, great views to the south and east. Nice hot water in the shower and the tub. All you need and more for a place to stay in Vegas Nice pools and easy access to the monorail. Starbucks in the building.

This rental exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and so very clean. The check-in process was so easy too. The included valet parking was amazing. Staying here was great because we were close enough to the strip to walk there but far enough way to have the quiet. We are hoping to stay here again!
