I rarely take time to write reviews(I know, I'm terrible, I'm just ADHD and super busy), but this host was so great that I had to! The space is super clean and in very nice shape compared to other units that we frequent at Signature. A huge issue with a lot of these units is that they are still equipped with the original furniture from 20 years ago when the building opened. This one has the important stuff updated: The sofa is the most comfortable we've encountered at Signature, which was such a relief. There are some really nice, well thought out club chairs in the living and bedroom, and the bulky office desk in the bedroom has been replaced with a nice seating area for two, which is such a better use of the space. The unit was really nicely equipped, and had nicer utensils and flatware than most of these spaces, which was another pleasant surprise.It felt much more like someones personal space than a corporate rental like so many are. We were really impressed, and are adding this place to our favs list for sure. It will be our first choice for anytime we stay at Signature, which is about 30 nights a year.Host was great, easy to talk with, and communicated helpfully throughout if we had questions.10/10 will be back!

The room looked exactly as advertised. It was comfortable for 4 adults. My friends said the fold-out couch was comfortable for 2. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and utensils for 4, plus a Kuerig and a few K-cups. Our biggest challenge was getting to the property due to the F1 road closures. A quick call to the host and they helped us out. We found it easies to come down Koval and turn on Harmon. Strip is a short walk up Harmon, or there is a connecting tunnel that takes you to the other towers, Starbucks and the MGM Grand.

We loved our condo. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the Sphere! we enjoyed being able to walk through each tower and straight to the MGM grand. You really don’t have to leave the MGM grounds. They have everything there. Will recommend and stay again! Thank you for a fabulous place to stay.

We stayed here for two nights while we went to a show at the Sphere and the location was perfect. You can actually see the sphere from the balcony of the room. Also very close to the light rail. The Valet parking was such great bonus, and the place was so clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay there again.

EDC Weekend

Very beautiful 1 bedroom suite. Stayed for a week, which started off with EDC weekend, and finished off with a visit to the shpere and the Valley of Fire. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. Valet parking was great but gets full at night. Overall a great week!!!

Fantastic condo

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights while in town for concerts at the Sphere. We have stayed at the MGM signature before in a different unit and enjoyed its peaceful vibe while being convenient to the strip with ability to walk, use public transit and uber off the strip when needed. This unit was super clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the views of the strip from the bedroom at night. I hope to stay here again during our next visit.

Great property and great value

This was a very nice condo in the MGM Signature residence complex. Easy walking access to the MGM Casino. Nicely appointed, full kitchen. Well stocked and with a great view from the corner master suite. I recommend this as a much better value than Vegas hotels, and with greater conveniences.

Great Place

We were in town to see the EAGLES !! We were able to see the Sphere from the balcony ! It is walkable if you like !! I had a couple of questions during our stay and the Host answered within MINUTES!! Fantastic place FANTASTIC HOST !!!
