Guest Access:

You will be staying in a suite at the Signature at MGM Grand Tower 1 so you will have access to all amenities at the Signature Hotel.



𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐤: For stays of 7 nights or longer, enjoy free access to the convenient self-service laundry facilities (located on the lobby floor). Please request your access key from the front desk.



Other Things to Note:

Check in is at the front desk of the Signature at MGM Grand Tower 1. All names of guests needing key access must be sent as a separate message to the host immediately after booking. Please make sure host confirms receipt of the names to ensure there will be no issues with your check in. You must show ID with same name to obtain a key.



You must be at least 21 years of age and have a major credit card to reserve and check-in.



You will need to provide a credit card upon checkin to collect a daily hotel security deposit of $100 per day (maximum $500 per stay) to cover any incidental expenses that may arise. The authorization hold will be released and refunded upon checkout should no additional charges be incurred. This is simply a hold and not a charge. There are no additional charges or resort fees upon checkin. The amount you pay on Airbnb is your total for your stay.



As of now Signature Tower Pool 1-2 and MGM Grand Pool is Closed for the season. You will still have access to Signature Tower 3 Pool which is open for the winter season. Operating hours are 9am - 4 pm. You just need to provide your Signature Key Card for access.
