Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Heat and air turned to off setting unless we have extreme low or high temperatures. -Ceiling fans, bathroom fans and lights off(please leave front door light on.)
When starting the dishwasher please clear food off of them Please do not put pots/pans or large items in dishwasher. Linens can stay on bed, please place towels in bath tub or laundry room.
-Please make sure trash, any food, pet waste, etc is taken outside to garbage near garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Family get away

Our first visit to CDA. This house had everything we needed. Good location in a walkable neighborhood, near the lake and downtown. Stocked with all the essentials and host was readily available.

We came for gymnastics competition. There was plenty of room the kids played and is mom's had time together it was a lovely home

Great location, some improvements pending

Convenient to downtown and waterfront. Grocery nearby. Accommodated our group of 7, but 2 bedrooms were downstairs, so not as good for seniors like us. Nicely decorated, but a few items needed maintenance or upgrades. Host was pleasant and plans improvements. Dogs allowed, neighborhood quiet & good for walks. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. VRBO should make it easier to get info and contact host directly. Physical instructions at the property for TV, appliances & check-out requirements would be preferable to digital, especially for seniors.
