This was our second stay at Ammon Place. Sarah is so accommodating and helpful. Her place is so invi0ting and spotless. She has thought of everything to feel at home. Pets are allowed with a fee . We will be returning since we know what will be waiting for us...no surprises here.

We found the property to be as advertised and consistent with all the 5 star reviews. Modern and new, comfortable bed, nice bathrooms, helpful amenities. We even used the dumbbells to support our exercise routine. Sarah is very accessible for any questions. Access is easy. Location is good with so much a short drive away.

Awesome spot. Just close enough to downtown (Sherman) that you could walk or drive but also far enough away to have a relaxing stay. House was decorated very nice! Only “complaint” would be adding a tv to the downstairs bedroom would be nice. Other than that it was perfect!

We really liked the fact we could park in the garage. The home was comfortable, the beds very comfortable and had everything that we needed. It was perfect for our dog also. The host was super nice and all of her instructions were very detailed. Will definitely stay again.

Hi! My name is Sarah, I'm originally from Virginia but have called Coeur d'Alene home for the past 12 years. My husband and I have two daughters, and we enjoy everything the Coeur d'Alene area offers, including camping, hiking, skiing, huckleberry picking, bike riding, playing pickleball, and spending time at the lake.

I love providing a peaceful, convenient, modern "home away from home" so my guests can make the most of their time in Coeur d'Alene. When asked, I am happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities, so I can help make your stay as wonderful as possible.

I also rent a "tiny house" close to Rockford Bay, with RV and boat parking - please contact me if you would be interested in both properties.

Why they chose this property

This is a perfect neighborhood for easy access to Kootenai Hospital (walking distance), and is just a few minutes' drive away from downtown Coeur d'Alene, Riverstone, Highway 95, and Interstate I90. Within half-a-mile are a Safeway, two Starbucks, many restaurants, shopping, movie theater, Rite-Aid Pharmacy, and Wells Fargo Bank.

There is an elementary school .25 miles away with a field and playground open to the public when school is not in session.

What makes this property unique

This home was built in 2016, and it has all the modern conveniences and appliances. Showers are hot, with good water pressure. The two-car garage means you don't need to worry about street parking. The fenced patio area with a small lawn is perfect for pets, or for enjoying Coeur d'Alene's gorgeous summer weather.
