  • Nice and quiet

"Nice and quiet, a ski resort in summer! We had so much fun and it was nice to be up and away from the heat wave (almost 15 degrees cooler than Sandpoint). The condo was small but clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The owners were helpful via email, and I'm sure I could have called them if I needed to. The resort itself is just a walk down the hill, and there was a restaurant open and a little grocery store. The kids played giant chess and played on playground. There are hiking trails too. My kids want to come back and ski this winter and if we decide to make the trek, we will start with this condo first. Thank you!"

  • Awesome basecamp for a fun ski weekend

"We loved our stay at this house. It was the perfect accommodation for a long weekend of skiing. When looking at google maps, we noticed there is a railroad track behind the property and were worried about noise. This was no problem, the rail line was not heavily used and was barely noticeable. The house was well equipped, awesome television/surround sound set up, was a little difficult to navigate through the various hardware, but loved what was available. If you are into frisbee golf, there seems to be a course right across the street from the driveway. We came to Sandpoint for a ski trip, the house was only a few miles away from Schweitzer Mountain Road, also only a few miles away from the center of Sandpoint. Can't wait for our next trip out to Idaho, would stay here again."
