  • Christmas Getaway - Excellent Property

"We rented the property for a post-Christmas holiday weekend. It was perfect for our extended family group of 12. The home is clean, updated and fully-stocked with all the kitchen items, linens and paper products you would need. The home has 3 bedrooms, (2 with King-size beds, 1 with a bunk bed) and multiple pullout sofas. The "mother-in-law" unit is a short walk from the house- it has a sofa bed on the main floor and a loft with a full size bed. The property is very secluded which makes it tricky to find but the privacy and quietness can't be beat. We were lucky to stay at a time when there was an abundance of snow-the driveway and walks were cleared when we arrived. Easy drive to Schweitzer and Sandpoint. It would be great in the summer too! Mike, the property manager checked in daily to see if we needed anything. And what a nice welcome to find a bottle of wine and snacks on the kitchen counter when we arrived. I truly have nothing negative to say about the property. We would not hesitate to stay here again!"

  • A great stay; convenient location

"This condo was in an unexpected spot downtown - your own secret hideaway hidden in plain view. Though I agree with another reviewer that there isn't a view or outdoor area of any kind, this place IS in fact in a great spot for walking to everything in the small downtown, including the beautiful Lake Pend O'Reille. (Go rent a jet ski at Action Water Sports around the corner, it's fantastic!!) The condo is newly redone and super clean. The kitchen was practically nicer than ours at home. PLENTY of room for the two of us, too. We appreciated the use of a washer and dryer, having driven from a previous few days spent in Montana. Also appreciated the cable TV (we watched lots of Olympics when it rained one day)! One word of warning for those of you who have never been to Sandpoint: Lots of one-way streets! Beware (speaking from, ahem, experience). :P On that note, I'll tell you that even the local police force is quite friendly, ha. Thank you again to Charles and also to Suzy for offering to be available for questions and recommendations. Much appreciated!"

  • Beautiful cabin only minutes from Sandpoint.

"This property was beautiful, and included all amenities. Although its not lake front, it feels like it as the views are spectacular and the the deck was great. Communication with the hosts was excellent; in short booking Mitch's place was as easy and relaxing as a vacation should be."
