2nd floor: open floor plan living room, Picture Frame smart tv, dining room, chefs kitchen, double oven, refrigerator, gas stove cook top, fully stocked, full spice rack, half bath, King Master Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom, tiled stand up shower, free standing bathtub and double sinks.

3rd floor: a 2nd laundry room, 3 King Master Bedrooms. 1 King Master En Suite Tile Tub/Shower bathroom, 2 King Masters with Jack and Jill shower and toilet and separate private rooms with sink and mirror.

Outdoors: gated pool deck, cabana/tiki wet bar, private pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, seating for all, deck provides an outdoor fire place with seating, rocking chairs with table, captain chairs with table overlooking the pool deck, Traeger Grill provided, must have your own pellets for use.

Fitness Center, Sports Complex and Lakeside Swimming Pool are a 1 minute walk from McDoob. Walk to 2 of the beach accesses in 7-8 minutes. Drive and park the golf cart or your vehicle in one of the 2 private parking lots, one by the oceanfront pool with beach access and one additional.

Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals available - located near the oceanfront pool, choose your spot and have your chairs and umbrella set-up for you each day.

McDoob is located near the 4x4 beach, Home of the Wild Horses. Walk to 4x4 or drive.
