Beautiful Property!

This is a beautiful property - immaculately maintained. The grounds and pools are wonderful. The room was as described, and ready by about 12 noon, which was great. The only downside is having to get down to the pool before 7 to have nicely located lounge chairs. But that is always an issue at pool/beach centric locations! The food on property is outstanding. I would certainly visit again!

Everything was beautiful! This unit was the most well stocked I have ever been in. They truely thought of everything. There was nothing we didn't love about staying here. Wonderful!

The property grounds are beautiful. With 3 pools to choose from all of which are beautiful! The Marketplace store is well stocked with an excellent selection of food items, coffee etc. The service at check in was warm and friendly, and informative. My one complaint was the pool security. We arrived each day early looking for at least 1 or 2 shade chairs only to find more than 2/3 of the chairs unoccupied but having a towel or book so as to save the location. When we tried to talk to the security which was the same gentleman each day I found him to be defensive and rude. Each day I watched guests struggling to find seating. The policy in place for the pool lounge clearly isn't working, and staff shouldn't get defensive when a guest is just trying to understand the policy.

Beautiful Resort!

Great location, great beaches! Love the walking paths that connect the lagoons and resorts. Great amount of restaurants and shopping without being overwhelming. Will definitely return in the future!

Love Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club!

We’ve been to the Beach Club several times but first time renting from Ken. Transaction and communication went very smoothly! Rented a mountain view but surprisingly got a harbor view which was fantastic! Will be coming back again for sure!!

Beautiful

This property was absolutely beautiful! The beach and lagoon were stunning. We used the walking paths every morning and enjoyed the other lagoons nearby. Pools were nice, but one was under construction while we were there. Restaurants and shop on the property were excellent and staff was amazing. Villa was fine, but lets face it, who comes to Hawaii for the hotel room :).. parking space included which was awesome! Highly recommend Marriott Ko’Olina Beach Club. Hope to visit again someday.

Good stay.

Everything was pretty good. Only real compliant a were the owner jumped up the charges over those advertised on the website and the check in process where you check in for your room one place and for amenities another place.

Great property. The one and only negative the smallest lani ever! And on the back side of the building. That lani only 2 people at most. I saw a lot of room with larger Lanis. The only way I’d stay again is for the larger lani. We enjoy sitting outside and on this trip it was really challenging!

Overall a nice stay, however a more often cleaning of the room would be nice.

Nice, but additional light cleaning of room would be nice as sand seems to build up in entry way. Also the television remote was either malfunctioning or low on battery power.

Holiday Island Getaway

We have stay at this resort before. The location and staff are friendly. We enjoy the beach and pool areas and the food is delicious. The only problem I had during this stay is when I booked a full week stay we were told we had to move Tia new building/room the next day. Not only was it a long flight and drive to the resort it was inconvenience to have to move rooms and not get fully settle in, right away. Also, the second room was a down grade from prior room. Building and parking instruction were horribly communicated by staff. By the 5th day of our week trip we were finally settled and relaxed.

I was guaranteed an Oceanview king room. I had to stay the 1st night in a mountain view room.

The room I was given on second day of my vacation for the remainder was over the pool with absolutely no view of the ocean! I messaged my host and he told me that I need to talk to the manager of the hotel to help me. She was very apologetic and said that he should have never guaranteed an ocean view room and that she could move me to an ocean view room 2 Days Later. I was moved to an ocean view room on the fourth day of my vacation so I was in convenience three times having to switch rooms to get the room that I was initially guaranteed and paid for. Aside from that..... remainder of my vacation was great the resort was excellent beautiful!!

Excellent but Read The Small Print

The property itself is fantastic, you'll love almost everything about it! The location is kinda remote from the main features of the island, so you'll need a car or use a ride-share to get around. Dealing with the property manager - He's responsive and communicates well once you're engaged with him - no issues with that. Just pay close attention to the rate, he will charge you more than what's posted during busier times. You'll get to see this before you commit to his booking but just wanted to call that out. He doesn't like to update the rate per day and uses a default rate and has a disclaimer about charging more than what's posted during the busy season. It would be more helpful to just update the rate per day because it can be done - he just chooses not to. Also, I had to change rooms during my stay to accommodate my dates, just be aware that this may be a solution. The resort does quite a great job in helping you do this as it seems to happen quite often.,
