Perfect spot for family

We really enjoyed the KOlina Beach Villas, the resort was beautiful, clean and very easy to get around. The villas was clean upon checkin, the kitchen had a good variety of pans, cookware to work with. The beaches and pool areas are very clean, well maintained. We’d come again!

Highly recommend

Both the condo and Beach Villas property are wonderful as was our interactions with the condo owners and the local contact/greeter. Loved that there was a quiet pool and hot tub, plus other pools and hot tubs for families/more activities. Overall, the Beach Villas are quieter than other resorts along the lagoons which we absolutely loved. There are many amenities nearby within walking distance as well as easy access to highways to get to other parts of Oahu. I’d highly recommend the Beach Villas to anyone and can’t wait to return sometime in the future!

Amazing Week

Great location, beautiful condo and perfect space for our family (2 parents, one 15 yr old boy and 20 year boy). Great lagoon, pool, nearby amenities and really great. Nice and quiet and we were able to get to north shore, waikiki easily.

Fantastic stay

Our stay was wonderful and the property made our family vacation over the top! The condo was clean and luxurious. The views were spectacular and access to the pools, fitness, parking and beach were absolutely perfect for what we needed. Great hosts!

Anniversary trip

We fell in love with Ko Olina two years ago and couldn't wait to come back. The beach villas are a perfect place to stay and the lagoon is the best. We like the fact that it's not crowded but that everything is close by. We'll be back

My family loved our stay at this property. Easy access to the pool and a great view for when you wake up in the morning. Property was clean and stocked for everything you need for a great trip in Ko Olina.

A Slice of Heaven

We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation and this property was a huge reason. The lanai views were amazing, the ease of getting to the pools and beach were a bonus, chairs, towels and boogie boards to use. Free underground parking spot and walking distance to so many things. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach Villas Review

Very nice stay. Only negative was that the adult only pool was always filled with noisy children. Pool sign should indicate age of people who can use pool & direction to the childrens' pool.

Relaxing getaway

Stayed for a week early December 2023 and are glad we did - The evening views from the Lanai are fabulous, the property itself was fantastic, and Susie and Michael are very attentive/reaponsive. Usually, we tour around Oahu, but this time decided to stay local to Ko Olina, and do not regret that decision for a minute. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful vacation

We had a lovely time at this property. It was a very comfortable place to spend the week with our family. The resort is a bit more geared towards adults than the neighboring properties. This can be both nice and difficult if you have small children. The beach in front of the property is beautiful and perfect for younger kids as it’s shallow and there are no large waves.

Fantastic location!

Ko Olina is one BEAUTIFUL place! We really enjoyed our 2 weeks in villa #604! The condo has gorgeous views and sunsets, is 5 minutes from the beach, and is walking distance to many amenities. The lanai views, in particular, are spectacular! We would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family!

Family wedding and vacation

The property and condo were beautiful. It was well maintained and was stocked with everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. The parking was convenient as it was underground and the elevator brought you directly to the floor that the unit was located on. The beach area was not crowded and was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend staying at the beach villas at Ko Olina.

Beautiful

Everything was beautiful. The room had everything that we needed and plenty of space for the 4 of us. I loved the huge sliding doors and opened them as much as possible. The greeting was amazing as she took us all around the resort and explained everything to us. Wishing I was there now.

Beach Villas PA

We had issues with parking, spaces are not very wide and someone parked in our spot! Was told to park anywhere above and then was told I had to move car again as I was now parked in someone’s spot! No one let me know when our spot became open.

Great Vacation Awesome views and great location to reach both sides of the island. Condo was well equipped but unit could use a deep clean. Twin mattress needs replaced! Enjoyed our stay and loved Hawaii!!

The property is located in a very peaceful and harmonious area of Oahu. It has the most unbeatable sunset and sunrise views from a relaxing open balcony. Has everything you need for a family to enjoy an island getaway without the stress of running around from place to place. Private pools and beach cove footsteps from a luxurious villa. Ko Olina Beach Villas is an amazing resort that's new to the area! It's located close enough to Honolulu allowing easy access to the airport and to the shopping and beaches of Waikiki. Conveniently just steps away from the resort is the lagoon and sandy beach. This lagoon is calm and great for swimming as well as for children wading in the water. There's even fish to see for those who love to snorkel! The four lagoons along the coast are connected together by a sidewalk providing a pleasant walking excursion and allowing easy access to the various restaurants. This resort just has it all for a laid back Hawaii vacation of doing nothing but enjoying the sun and beach and for those wanting to be tourists and enjoy the adventures Hawaii has to offer.
