WHY OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICT

Unlike many other vacation rentals, Villa Mauresque is owned and managed by a vacation rental company. Like almost all companies we have charges, mortgage and working employees who need to be paid.

In average, group size staying at Villa Mauresque is of 14 guests for 4 nights per stay. Cancellation Protection Coverage costs only $60-100 per stay i.e $4-7 per guest!

Please consider purchasing Travel Insurance if you don't want to loose your money in case you have to cancel or postpone your stay.

HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR STAY?

Select a check In and check Out dates then number of guests you are.

• RATE: it is based on 8 guests staying at Villa Mauresque (total is calculated according to our nightly rates table depending on the season and including the 16% VAT + the 6% lodging tax + the booking fee).

• ADDITIONAL GUESTS: if your group is over 8 people, we add an additional cost per extra guest per night for group sizes from 9 up to the maximum occupancy of 22 guests.

• WHY THE BASE RATE IS FOR 8 GUESTS? as simple as that. We need mini 8 guests to cover our operational expenses and all other fees to host a group at Villa Mauresque.

• WHY THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: because each extra guest represents additional operational expenses such as electricity, gas, tap and drink water consumption, laundry, cleaning, concierge services, etc.

• OUR QUOTING STRUCTURE OFFERS THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS: allows a small group to rent Villa Mauresque without paying a full price of max occupancy for 22 people. You pay the right price according to the number of people you are.
If numbers of guests are still uncertain at the time of booking, you can book Villa Mauresque for a small group of min 8 people then until check in you can going at extra cost up to max 22 people calculated as additional guest fee.

The Girls Trip 2023

Fabulous time with family group of 17 and the Villa accommodated is all perfectly. Mr Greco was fabulous along with all of his staff. The Villa is beautiful. We were in walking distance to 5th Avenue and Beach love love love. Chef service was also fabulous thank you so much. This was our first trip to Mexico and with such a large group Mr Greco took really good care of us and made sure we had transportation for everything we decided to do. Thank you so much 5 stars . See you soon. Was a great experience. The ladies all had a fabulous time.

theres so much that i can say about my stay here. my friends and i were taken care of from start to finish! pablo is like family now (our concierge) he was the best host! the house was simply amazing. spa services in the home! chef ruben and his crew were amazing! the breakfast and dinner was amazing!! we were safe able to walk in the neighborhood and they had cab services carlos and his crew made sure we got from point a to b at all times! i can go on but this home will be an annual trip for us now! the owner gave nothing but superb experience.

Me and 6 of my closest friends stayed in this incredible property for 4 nights. The unique layout of the villa made the stay that more interesting. So many different options for sleeping rooms easily accommodated 7 men with privacy. The Villa is very clean and the daily maid service makes sure it stays that way during your time there. Even with all of the great features the property had to offer, the best thing about it was the property manager Greco. He was available to answer questions, make recommendations, reservations, transportation… basically anything you want or need… he can get it or point you in the right direction. The chef that is associated with the Villa made amazing meals and the service was impeccable. We loved the location, right in the middle of the locals and only a short walk to 5th Ave. It was perfect for my group. 10 out of 10

Booked this listing for an 11-person bachelor party which turned into possibly the most fun trip I've ever taken. Yes, the house is unbelievable and will impress upon arrival even after seeing photos. House is incredibly clean, safe, well equipped, well located, and just pure fun to stay in. But this is not just a VRBO rental. With this listing comes Greco, the most well-connected, considerate, and responsive host I've encountered. Greco helped me plan every detail of our trip including in-house services and excursions. He was available during our stay for last minute requests and delivered on everything. I was awestruck at how smooth our entire trip turned out. This is not the service I expect when booking a VRBO. This is far above and beyond. The two things I know after returning home are that I'll be showing people this listing for a very long time and that I'll be back.

Amazing space for large groups!

Just got back from Playa del Carmen where we celebrated my bachelorette. There was a group of 15 girls and this listing was perfect to fit our needs in terms of number of bedrooms/bathrooms, living area, large dining table. Also Greco was amazing!! He truly makes the stay. Has great recs for activities, restaurants, bars. He introduced us to a great company where we went on a boat for the day! He even got us groceries that arrived before we checked in. Transportation was easy to coordinate for airport, activities, going out, to day clubs. Maid service came every day to clean which was a nice surprise and the in house chefs were awesome! We also did a tequila tasting and massage. You are definitely in the local area so we got to experience some very authentic amazing food and explore that way. But also not far drive from Shops and restaurants/bars. Would definitely be back and highly recommend Greco to assist!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property, so much space, and all services were great. Greco was AMAZING. He took care of everything from transportation, excursions, helping to set up chef services, etc. Checked in with us daily to make sure we were taken care of. Daily maid service was great. I cannot say enough about our chef services! Chef Guillermo and Chef Carlos were absolutely amazing! Food was so delicious, presentation was beautiful and their personalities and service was top notch! I highly recommend you request Chef Guillermo if you book the chef services. We will definitely visit this property again.

Celebrated my 40th birthday here with 8 friends way more then enough space. Perfect for my formal dinner which was catered by the house chef. Greco was super helpful and responses quickly if you need anything while there. I did breakfast and a dinner with house chef all the food was amazing. The area and location was safe 3 girls walked (2 blocks) for food at 9pm. 10 mins walk to the beach and close to 5th Ave. Exterior has cameras. Overall great experience and perfect big parties.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Mauresque. I love the fact that we were tucked away in a local neighborhood but with the privacy that our group of women needed to feel comfortable. Greco was a great help while we were there and checked in with us each day to make sure we were ok. The location is great and short cab ride to 5th avenue and shopping. The daily maid service really made us feel taken care of. The maids are very nice and do such a great job keeping the home clean.

Massive House Perfect for Large Groups - MUST BOOK

Booked this property for a bachelor party and it was absolutely incredible. Greco is by far the best host I’ve ever encountered. He was always available and reaching out to make sure we had everything covered. He handled EVERYTHING: restaurants, beach clubs, yacht rentals, ziplining, transportation, nightclubs, anything. All his recommendations and suggestions were incredible and you were greeted as VIPs everywhere if you knew Greco. He was courteous, professional, and had everything covered. House was amazing. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms that give everyone privacy and space. Multiple common areas both indoor and outdoors to hang out, relax, party. Cleaning staff daily that picked up and cleaned the entire house. Chef service at the house was delicious. Incredible dishes and sides that left us full and with late night leftovers when coming home. Massage therapists came to the listing and set up full beds and equipment- incredible massages and very professional. Neighborhood is safe. Tons of convenience/grocery stores, quick bites, morning coffee/food. Nice and direct walk to the main road by the beach. Never needed to taxi home and all our longer shuttles greeted us at the front door. 100% is a must book. I would stay here again and others in our group are already looking into trips with family/others. Thank you Greco and all again!!!

Greco the property manager was easy to reach, attentive, nice, and helpful. The guys forgot a specialty item that Greco went Out of his way and personally got. A1 Person. The house is spacious. A lot of separation and for us that was a good thing. We didn’t use half of the house. Plenty of bathrooms and we enjoyed watching tv together. AC work too well. The maids came in clutch and where there every morning in time to make sure the house returned back to spotless. Airport shuttle was on time and courteous. The best accommodation is the personal masseuse team that came every day. This is a must.

Highly recommend this amazing home in Playa! Greco, the Conceirge, and his staff was beyond amazing!

We went to Playa on a couples trip with 7 couples. This house was perfect for us. The rooms are spread out with plenty of space and privacy for each couple. It would be great for families too! Greco was at our service 24/7 the entire time we were there. David’s chef team made delicious authentic meals. The bar tenders were fun and never let us be empty handed. The cleaning staff was thorough. They came everyday and didn’t leave until the house was immaculate. We didn’t have to clean or wash a dish or room or make a bed. Greco was at our service for all of our needs from getting us extra groceries, meds, booking our yacht, arranging transportation everywhere we wanted to go to hooking us up with excellent VIP tickets to Coco Bongo club and recommending good local restaurants and beaches to visit. Highly recommend this rental home! You won’t be sorry. We plan to return someday with our family. Thank you to Greco and his team!

Final Fiesta Bachelorette Weekend

We had a fantastic weekend at this Villa. Greco and the cleaning staff were great. Greco handled anything we needed even when plans changed last minute! The house was very accommodating for our group and we enjoyed ourselves. The staff the Head Chef sent to cook for us was more than amazing! Every meal was delicious.

BEST LOCATION IN PDC!

If you are planning a trip to Playa del Carmen this house is the best property for large groups! We traveled to Playa for a bachelorette party and had an amazing time! The property is perfectly located and central to all the main attractions. The staff was so helpful and delightful to work with. Greco our concierge was so attentive and helped us make all the reservations for our trip - from activities, to restaurant and nightclub reservations and even coordinated all our transportation. We had a great time!!!

If you’re contemplating staying here, just do it. Will have zero regrets, Greco is the man and he takes care of pretty much everything, but most importantly he sticks to his word. Whatever he says he can/will do for you, best believe he will. The place was really nice too and the cleaning ladies were awesome. A must stay

LARGE beds and living areas that allowed everyone their own space. Gourmet kitchen with everything that you need and more! What makes this property unique

COMMENT: "Our stay at La Maison Mauresque Mansion remains one of my most memorable trips to Mexico. My family spent ten days over the Christmas holiday in the penthouse and had no idea what we were in for. From the moment we arrived Rodolphe took great care of us, stocking the refrigerator with food and drinks, giving us a personal walking tour of the neighborhood and helping us around town when needed. The penthouse is absolutely breathtaking and allowed our group of eight people plenty of personal space (we could go a day without seeing each other). There are so many areas to relax you can never get bored here and the attention to detail is impeccable. Rodolphe put his heart and soul into this place and it shows. The multiple kitchens, palapas, lounging areas and dining room feel very grand, but felt like home to us during our stay.
The neighborhood surrounding the penthouse suited us perfectly. We loved being tucked into a real Mexican neighborhood and became familiar with the local restaurants and taco stands. We walked to the beach and main strip a couple times a day very easily, but you could rent a car or take a cheap taxi if preferred.
I can't wait to come back to La Maison! Rodolphe is incredibly sweet and hospitable. The penthouse will make you feel like royalty yet still give you the experience of Mexico outside your doors. A heavenly combination indeed".
