Enjoyed our stay, place had everything we needed, very nice and clean. Only possible complaint was the bed had rubber sheets under the regular sheets which sounded like sleeping on trash bags but we pulled it off and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed it!

Our stay at Reflections by Vacana was great overall. There were a few minor things that could have been better; we had steaks for dinner and the knives were not sharp at all; the property grounds could have been maintained a bit better(grass not trimmed, tall weeds coming through the gravel around the fire pit and edge of cabin, and possibly a clear path cut to the pond); also the mattress cover is a bit annoying but manageable. Despite these minor things, the property was exactly as expected and we enjoyed our stay and quiet time away. We will definitely stay with Vacana again!!!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless everything was. The views were absolutely incredible, and getting here was a breeze thanks to the clear, easy directions provided. The air conditioning worked great and kept us perfectly comfortable the whole time. We did have a brief moment where the WiFi went out, but the hosts were incredibly responsive—they sent someone out within 15 minutes to fix it right away. Fantastic property and top-notch service. We would absolutely stay here again!

We recently stayed at Reflect Cabin in Broken Bow for a couples getaway, and overall we had a wonderful experience. The cabin itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. It's tucked away in a quiet area, making it the perfect place to relax and unplug. I would definitely recommend following the directions provided by the host rather than relying solely on GPS, and an SUV or vehicle with a little more ground clearance is a good idea for the drive in.The hot tub was enjoyable, but one of the jets was spraying water out of the tub if you weren't sitting directly in front of it. I reported the issue, but unfortunately the technician didn't arrive during the service window I was given.My only other suggestion would be to reconsider the mattress protector. It appeared to be a plastic-style cover, and every time either of us rolled over, the crinkling noise was loud enough to wake me up. A quieter, fabric-style waterproof mattress protector would make sleeping much more comfortable.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying at Reflect Cabin again. It's a peaceful retreat and a great choice for couples looking to escape for a few days.

The cleaning closet with mop, bucket etc. was in the bedroom next to the bed we slept in. The closet was full of mold. Hosts commented it was iron oxide and not mold. Iron doesn't grow on flooring and baseboards. There was black, grey and brown mold. We had to leave when we noticed we were sleeping near all that mold. Only cleaning fee was removed from our total. 3 day stay, turned into 1 day stay. Not Happy at all. Would not recommend this cabin.

We are sorry to hear that you chose to shorten your stay. As we explained privately, the discoloration in the cleaning closet was not mold, but staining/oxidation on the flooring in an area used exclusively for housekeeping supplies. Guests are not expected to access or move items around within the cleaning closet, as it is a storage area for housekeeping equipment and supplies rather than a guest-use space. We also want to clarify that you chose to depart before our team had the opportunity to fully investigate the concern onsite. Had we been given the chance, we would have gladly inspected the area immediately and addressed anything that required attention. Instead, the stay was ended prematurely before an inspection could even take place. That said, once you shared your concerns, we still worked to address the situation fairly, including refunding the cleaning fee after your early departure. We understand that comfort and peace of mind are important while traveling, even when there is a misunderstanding about what was observed. We do want future guests to know that the cabin itself was professionally cleaned and prepared for arrival, and no confirmed mold issue was found in the guest living or sleeping areas.

Visited Broken Bow/Hochatown for a long weekend getaway with my husband. This cabin was beautiful and clean. We saw deer and lots of other wildlife from our porch. And it was close enough to all the attractions with out being right in the middle of the crowd.

great place for get away, nice and quiet. the only thing was the kitchen sink did not have hot water and firepit might benefit from firepit pocker, had to be creative to play with the logs to let them go and flip over, otherwise great cabin and very good. was pleased to stay there.

Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful cabin! There were s’mores and popcorn on the cabinet when we arrived. Only comment would be there were workers walking through the property to get to other job sites and the gravel road is very bumpy for the first mile until you get to the new portion of the road.

Best cabin ever!

This cabin was in a great location, close to Beaver’s Bend State Park, which is where we spent most of our time. Great layout of the house, very spacious! And we particularly enjoyed the fire places and hot tub! It was perfect for us as a couple and our 2 small dogs. The giant double shower was excellent. And we loved the fact that it was crazy quiet and peaceful, far enough off the main road that you couldn’t even hear cars passing! And far enough away from the neighbors, enabling more privacy. I would choose to stay here again over just about any other house we’ve seen during our adventures!

Cabin was beautiful; A/C was not working but the management company got us serviced quickly! They do need to get a booster for the tv internet very slow and spins a lot. Overall a super wonderful experience. Need to change the water filter in frig and A/C filter.

Peaceful cabin

The property is wonderful! Great layout, quiet surroundings, and fully stocked with all necessities needed for the stay. The only downside is the internet/internet TV is slow or doesn’t work at all sometimes so I wouldn’t suggest trying to work remotely from here but it was great for us to unplug for a few days. I imagine since it is a new development that will be improved with time. We definitely look forward to staying again!
