Wez in the Keys

We just had a great Summer in this very cozy canal home. The neighborhood is fantastic. We took our boatand enjoyed th ise of a convenient boat lift. We spent lots of time just swimming and paddle boarding in the canal. The sea life was amazing with occasional visits by a manatee family. It's on the Bay side, but has a very short boat ride to the ocean side through Tavernier Creek. We are even considering purchasing a vacation home in the neighborhood. Till then we would definitely re-rent this property again. Beautiful sunsets on the bay are spectacular. it's very easy to catch the "Keys Disease" while staying there, That's a good thing.

Wonderful holidays

The high ceilings and open floor plan made the inside of this rental a pleasure. We were close to our favorite key beach at Harris park. The neighborhood was safe for walking round at any time with friendly neighbors and beautiful views. We rented kayaks from PTFK who delivered and picked them up right at the door. The dock was a perfect place to center our paddle trips around. We could swim off the dock and view manatees with our morning coffee. Even had a few dolphin drop by. The owners helped us with any troubles we had which were few. Our best rental in the keys so far. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future.

Hammer Point Gem

This is our fourth rental in Hammer Point and we really enjoyed this house. House was very clean & well appointed. Everything was as described. The back yard was great and the canal was great for an afternoon dip. The Kitchen/great room was wonderful for the family to cook our catch & hang out with family & friends. Would have liked a TV in the master bedroom to catch up on the evening news, but other than that it was "perfect" nice neighbors also

Beautiful, Clean and convienent Keys Home

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We are long time Keys visitors and enjoy boating, diving and fishing and have stayed in the Keys regularly for more than 20 years and always rent homes or condos and this house was very clean and comfortable with lots of shade and a beautiful cool tiki hut area for relaxing next to the dock. The screen porch was nice for outdoor bug free evenings and watching the sunset out the balcony was very nice each night. We will definitely return on our next trip if available and the owners were so wonderful and easy to deal with . I left some items at the house and they were so kind to make sure i got them back and i sure appreciate that. The neighborhood is very nice and the next door neighbors on each side of us were so nice and friendly. We took a day trip down to Key West and returned the same day back for our last night for Sunset dinner at Lorelei's. It was a great time and we can't wait for our next visit! Thank you Penny and Danny! it was so great and relaxing to share your home for a little while.

Relaxing in the Keys

This was our first visit to the Keys and we really enjoyed our stay in your home. The house was beautiful and we agree with other reviewers about the spectacular views!! We enjoyed going down to the canal each morning with our coffee, to see the manatees playing in the water. We dined out, made our own meals and thoroughly enjoyed our time with our kids. The only negative was the distance to Key West so we may opt to stay closer there some time in the future. However, if you want a quiet getaway this home is definitely worth considering. St. Augustine, FL

Each key has something positive to offer here in the Florida Keys and Key West is def. worth the drive and visit, so much to do and to see. I always try to encourage all travelers who have not been to Key West to take a couple days out of there schedule and go or help to find a suitable place to stay while there. Manatees in the canal are always such a special visitor here in the keys we also look forward to seeing them and watching out for them.

Key Largo Holiday

We had a wonderful stay over the Holidays at Danny and Penny's home! They were great to work with and very accomodating. The house is absolutely pristine and fitted our needs perfectly. It is a great location, accessible to restaurants and activities by land or water. It is located in a very nice and friendly neighborhood. We hope to stay again over the summer! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

WOW what views So nice more than I expected

I was taken aback when I got there the entire place was much better than the pictures, you just have to be ther to understand. We had the best time and played so hard. I felt like I was at home exceot no worries and work. Thanks I loved it and can not wait to come back. Everything we needed and more close to everything and yet felt so far away, great neighborhood,quiet, elaxing and right on the water. No matter what room I was in I could look out and see water. The sunsets are to die for. House was spotless when we arrived and nice and cool. We traveled all around the keys by boat and by car we enjoyed every momentof our stay. The owners went out of there way to help us, right down to late night calls from us about things to do next day. They had flers for just about everything you could think of doing. Really a neat place to stay.

We try to keep current flyers and menues for the surrounding area so each guest has options. We also try to put a few inteesting flyers out for things that require a little thought and maybe a day trip for example to KeY West and Fort Jefferson at the Dry Tortougas as well as snorkeling around the keys. WE are mor than willing to be of assistance when ver possible. We want everyone to feel at home and relax.

Real dream vacation

What a lovely home. The pictures do not do the place justice.. Its even BETTER.. surely exceeded our high expectatons. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone... We have a boat and enjoyed being right on the water. So thankful for such a nice rental, and the Landlords were very acommodating. Truly enjoyed our Stay.

Great place to stay

This house is delightful. In a nice neighborhood and fronts on to a canal where you can observe the manatees and use a boat with ease. The house has water views from every room. It is well equipped and nicely furnished. It is centrally located between Maimi and Key West. There are plenty of good restaurants as well as easy shopping close by. We enjoyed our stay very much.
