Weeki Wachee cottage that sleeps 2 adults. Bedroom has a king size bed and the couch pulls out and sleeps 2 small kids only. Plenty of space outside to park your boat, trailer, or toys. There is a 10x20 RV pad with 30A hookup available for extra. No dump station. Two kayaks, fish cleaning table, fire pit, horseshoes, cornhole, netted gazebo, smartTV, propane grill, board games, and hammock. Laundry inside. 1 dog (50lbs).
WW Springs Park- 3 min drive. Rogers Park - 6 mins /Jenkins, & Linda P are 7 mins. Bayport Park 10 min.

There are 4 outdoor security cameras. One is viewing the driveway, one is viewing the shed, one is viewing the A/C condenser, and one is viewing the rear of the property. This is to prevent and deter parties

Weeki Wachee Springs

The place was super clean. It was perfect for us since we knew we would be out most of the time. It is centrally located between a bunch of attractions, besides Weeki Wachee Springs, and several great places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Small but layout was great. Quiet and the sky is pitch black at night. Small patio in the back is screened in. Bed was so wonderful it was hard for us to get out of it. Kitchen has everything you need even Keurig so make sure to bring coffee. Owner was great and so was communication. For us the location was wonderful. We will be staying there from now till my Mom passes.

BEAUTIFUL HOME.

The home is beautiful. The location is perfect and central to everything in the area. The Owner had great communication. Kitchen is fully stocked and there are nice activities/amenities that come with the rental as described.The ONLY unsettling experience we had, were the NUMEROUS cameras surrounding the property. I'm all for safety and I understand the need to monitor your rental, but there were EXCESSIVE amounts of cameras surrounding the property. 1 at the front door, one at the back door, one at the shed, one on the side of the property. It felt like we were being watched no matter what we did, and unfortunately, made us weary that if so many cameras existed outside the home, how many hidden cameras were placed inside? I also did not like the additional lockbox with a key on the back door, so I removed it during my stay.To make this 100% amazing, I would seriously cut back on the security. It was over done and not necessary.

Weekend getaway!

Just flew in for the weekend to do some fishing around the area. This cottage was centrally located for us to travel to a few different fishing places. It was the perfect little cottage for my husband and I.

We were very comfortable in this space. It's location was easily accessible and pretty centrally located for excursions. We will most likely book for future trips to area.
