Cozy Catskills Cottage

Be it high summer or snowy winter, this is the place to chill! A long shady driveway brings you to the Cottage, a two bedroom, one bathroom, one story building with a large deck and Weber grill. It’s fully equipped and nicely appointed and warm as toast when the north winds howl down from Mt. Mombaccus. In colder months, there’s a gas-fired stove in the living area which has a splendid cathedral ceiling and exposed beams.
If you need just about anything, Tetta’s, a 4 generation general store has gas, pizza and a small assortment of groceries including a deli.
The Cottage is about 30-40 minutes from Kingston, Stone Ridge, Woodstock, High Falls, New Paltz.
We’re 10 minutes from the stunning Ashokan Reservoir walkway and many hiking trails.

My family had a great relaxing couple days on Meredith's property. Our puppy and my children both loved Her doggy Clara. Meredith was so sweet and made sure we were comfortable. She even allowed us to pick some fresh green beans out of her garden for dinner. Great place to stay! We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time at the cottage! We really enjoyed using the pool and grill, and the dogs had so much fun running through the grass. We had everything we needed - even a mixer to make a cake!

This was the perfect, cozy getaway our family needed! The cottage had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool and being able to explore the property. Our dog loved to be able to run free and play with Clara. This was our first time in the Catskills but we hope to make it an annual visit! We would highly recommend Ms. Meredith and her property to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the serenity of the Catskills.

Giancarlo and his partner were perfect guests. The cottage was left in impeccable shape. I couldn’t even tell they were there! I highly recommend them to other hosts and I hope they return.

We were a group of two adults, two children, and one dog. We absolutely loved the gorgeous property that the cottage is on, especially the drive into the property. The cottage is quaint, cozy, and private (loved the patio!). Great location! We really loved that the host honored our privacy, but was communicative and helpful when we needed her. Highly recommend and hope to stay again, ourselves!

Quiet getaway

My husband and I went for a quiet getaway and had a great time. Meredith was wonderful. The cabin was clean and peaceful which is exactly what we were looking for.

We recently travel up for a wedding and found this cute place to meet all our needs. The process of checking in was easy and Meredith the property owner realized we would be ariving later in the night left lights on for us to make unloading and entering the house easier for us. House was clean and very cute. Description of the house is very accurate and our stay here was very enjoyable.

A sweet little get away

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the little cottage in the woods. Nicely appointed kitchen, comfy beds and everything we could ask for in a getaway. The host was very thoughtful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and will try to return in the future!

Incredible Getaway!

We had a phenomenal time! The house was so nice and cozy. The pool was gorgeous! The property grounds were absolutely stunning - our dogs absolutely loved it! Meredith was an incredible host - super welcoming and reliable. We couldn't have had a better experience!

Cozy!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this cozy cottage! It was the perfect size for our small family that included 2 adults, 1 child (age 10) and our dog! Meredith is super friendly and attentive and our dogs played together as if they've known each other for years. We hope to be back soon!

Catskills Cottage

We had such a peaceful stay at the Catskills Cottage. We especially enjoyed the wildlife that you may get to see passing by in the woods. A/C works great which was much needed in the summer months. Would definitely come back in winter.

Perfect cozy getaway from the city

My family spent the most wonderful time staying at this cottage; it was very well maintained, clean, warm and the host, Meredith was so accomodating and available that we didnt feel isolated in the mountain. It was so therapeutic to watch rainfall on the trees outside from the large windows too. We'll definitely comeback!

Cute cottage

The cottage was cute, cozy and clean. Meredith and Daphne were great hosts. We appreciated the eggs milk and butter! Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate to use the pool but we will be back!!! Thank you again.

Jennifer and her family were terrific guests. It was a pleasure meeting them. The place was left in perfect shape. I hope they return one day when the weather is warmer and the pool can be heated!
