Direct oceanfront two bedroom, two full-bathroom condo in North Ocean City. The large, open living area features the oceanfront living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. There is a large, 25 foot private balcony off of the living area and master bedroom that is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and ocean views. The oceanfront master bedroom features a super comfortable king sized tempur-pedic bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features two double beds and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from the living area and second bedroom. The condo is well maintained and in good condition. Building amenities include an assigned parking space, outside shower and elevator. The building is within a short walk of coffee shops, parks, restaurants, shopping, amusements and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Great location

Perfect for those who want to spend some quiet time close to the beach. Located oceanfront in North Ocean City away from the busy boardwalk, it is a very short walk to the beach and ocean. Many restaurants in walking distance. Fenwick Island, Rehoboth and Dewey are a short drive away, as well as the OC Boardwalk. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. Note the property is wheelchair accessible with an elevator, but the condo itself is not. We had no problem getting our family member who is in a w/c up in the elevator, but the condo itself had a tall step to get in and a very narrow hallway into the kitchen. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here with our family. We would stay on this property again.

Very nice condo Great location

We booked based on oceanfront location. Condo just as described online. Quiet building. Good parking. Walking distance to restaurants/markets. Well-equipped kitchen but some pans are old and need replacement. Came with linen and towel package which was really nice. Comfortable beds and furniture. Big TV which my husband loved. Keurig coffee maker. Nice balcony with great view from living room and master bedroom. Comfortable seating on balcony. Loved the hooks and extra towel bars in bathroom. Loved the walk-in closet in master bedroom with shelves and felt hangers. Condo located on top floor (5th) in middle. Elevator and stair access with building carts for luggage available. Very short walk from building, over the dune access to the beach. Accidentally locked ourselves out after hours on our first night (we were tired and hungry) and called the only phone number we had, but luckily remembered keycode because operator really couldn't help us. After hours emergency number would be helpful from VRBO/Coastal Vacations or contact name/number of property manager? And we should have put keycode in our phones (definitely will next time). Condo located near the beach patrol office and across the road is the fire station and a small grocery store.

I would stay here again!

It was a wonderful my family and i stayed during our time in OC. The only downfall would be the refrigerator. It was not cold enough to keep drinks and any perishables chilled. The freezer did not freeze the ice in the ice trays and ice packs. Despite that, i would definitely come back if i ever come back to OC!

Great Location

The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for four adults. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Ocean views for miles. Great privacy and nice and quiet! This is set farther away from the busy boardwalk which was nice, but close enough if you wanted to drive there. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.
