Home on the Sound-Bring your paddle boat

This spacious 4 bedroom, 2500+ SF family home is sitting right between Navarre and Pensacola Beaches on the Emerald Coast.
Launch your own Kayak or paddle boat at the community launch just 5 mins walk from the house. This house is 7.5 miles from Navarre Beach and 15miles to the Pensacola Beach. Gorgeous sound water views from the front yard.

You'll have the entire house to yourself. We tried to provide as much accommodations as we could think of so that you don't need to worry about the little things like toilet paper or washing detergent or even coffee. Your time is valuable and creating your special memory is what you should be doing. Therefore, the place to stay should be the least for you to worry. Besides the amenities provided, the house have 4 ample bedrooms with a King bed in the master bedroom; Queen size bed and a day bed in the second bedroom, two twin XL beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a Full size lower with a twin on top bunk bed in the 4th bedroom. Beside the above, we also have 1 full size air mattress for your use.

Parking can be on the driveway or on the street toward the front and the side street. Garage is not available to use. Same with the above ground pool. We planned on removing it from the premise, but haven't had the time to do so.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Annual family vacation

This home was so pretty, spacious and was spotlessly clean. The dishes, utensils, pots and pans and small appliances were top of the line. Extra attention was given to every thing we might need during our stay. The neighborhood was very nice. Since we were there over the 4th of July we were absolutely thrilled with the neighborhood fireworks!!! Absolutely beautiful!!

Big family trip

This was our first experience renting a vacation home and this home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. Our property manager was gracious enough to allow a few extra family members to stay who decided last minuet to tag along; this saved me from having to cancel our reservation and try to find somewhere else last minuet. Beautiful, Spacious Getaway

Overall, our stay was fantastic in Lai's very spacious, beautifully decorated home. Only 'let down' was getting there & realizing, the beach access is NOT directly from the property, as the photos led us to believe. That access is a 5 min walk, very close, just not from the back of the property a we thought. Lai was a very gracious host, answered all of our Qs in a very timely fashion. We would definitely use this property again!

Exactly what we needed

We were looking for a place between Pensacola and Ft. Walton Beach and this property fit the bill perfectly. The area is quiet but still easy to access local attractions. I was happy to find a place with four bedrooms for our family. The interior was very clean (with one exception) and we had everything we needed. They have labeled everything to make it easy to find what you are looking for. The beds and bedding were all comfortable. Overall, we were pleased with the property. The walk to the water access is long. We chose to drive it in 5 minutes. The odd, weird, and not good observations: The exterior of the property shows some wear. It is not inviting. The backyard is bleak and includes a closed off above ground pool and dying vegetation. That said, it did not diminish our stay at all. Inside the home some of the updates the owner has made are incomplete - holes and previous anchors left in the walls, light fixture installations not complete. One bedroom shares the primary bedroom's en suite bathroom that opens directly into the primary bedroom with no door, which was weird and a bit uncomfortable. The door knob allows it to be locked off. The only place we observed a lack of cleanliness was the futon in one of the bedrooms had a large circular stain in the middle of the seating/laying area. It had no odor, but we didn't sit on it or put any of our belongings on it.
