Full RV hook up available or add our beautiful 5th Wheel trailer to your rental and accommodate up to 8 more guests! 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to downtown Pensacola and 40 minutes to Destin.

The space
Our home is 4 bedroom and 2 baths, fully updated this year. Master bedroom has a king bed and a chaise lounge, front bedroom has a queen bed, middle bedroom has bunk beds with a fold out futon, back bedroom has another king bed with recliner chair.

The main living space is one level and an open floor plan with ample space for large groups. The oversized sectional has a lounge on one end, two electric recliners, and the middle section pulls out to a bed.
The dining room table has two leaves and expands to seat up to 10 guests, while the large counter space has four stool seats.

Step out the back door into our backyard oasis! There is a small deck with a safety gate to keep little ones and pets from the pool area unattended. Our brand new lanai features beautifully stained tongue and groove with vaulted ceiling. LED lighting is installed to enhance the experience but there is also dimmable can lighting as well as ceiling fans. A gas grill, propane pizza oven and mini-fridge are waiting for your culinary creations! Drink a cup of coffee at the hightop table or sit on our comfy patio couches around the propane fire table. Enjoy some family games, watch a movie or listen to music next to the beautiful pool with the peaceful waterfall flowing in the background. Hop into the pool for a swim or step into the serene hot tub covered by an enclosed gazebo for your privacy.

In the garage, you will find an Infrared Sauna for your use, as well as a plethora of indoor and outdoor games to keep the kids entertained. You will also have access to brand new front load washer and dryer there, so you don't have to return home with a mountain of laundry!

There is fully fenced yard space beyond the pool for family games. There is also a separate freshly sodded and fully fenced yard on the back side of the lanai for games or to let the pets run without having to worry about them getting in the pool.

The oversized driveway is great for multiple vehicles, boat parking or playing games. Or, for an additional charge, you could also bring an RV and use our full 50amp service with water/sewer hook up.

The neighborhood is very peaceful with only one road in/out which greatly reduces excess traffic. You will see neighbors walking their dogs or riding bikes throughout the day. We enjoy taking a walk or bike ride to the back of the neighborhood where there are views of the Santa Rosa Sound.

At the entrance to our subdivision, they have just built a brand new Cefco fuel and convenience store and there is a Dollar General about half a mile past the Cefco in case you forget anything. The Dollar General is also new and offers a limited amount of groceries and even fresh produce. There are larger grocers such as Walmart Market or Super Center and Publix all within 5 miles of the home.

We are centrally located between Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach so take your pick! Or, make a loop using the Scenic 98 that connects the two beaches and is one of the most beautiful drives you will ever take! Navarre is a less crowded beach area with a couple restaurants, the Sea Turtle Sanctuary and the longest pier in the gulf, while Pensacola offers a boardwalk with lots of restaurants, shopping a fun park and mini golf. Both have access to the Sound side beaches in addition to the Gulf side beaches. The Sound side beaches are often referred to here as the "Mommy Beach" because there is not surf so the waters much more calm and safe for children to play in without being knocked over by a wave!

You will have full access to the entire property! The front door has an electronic code lock so no key to keep up with. Feel free to use any of the items in the house as we left them there to enhance your vacation experience!

Note: we do have cameras on the exterior perimeter of the home but we have disabled the camera in the pool area for your privacy.

Other things to note
If home is not booked immediately prior to your arrival, early check-in may be available. Late check out requests will also be dependent on bookings and cleaner scheduling.
