Basic toiletries, kitchen utensils and cooking supplies included! Grocery stores and restaurants are under 5 minutes away. Tiger point Golf Club is also a 5 minute drive. 10 minutes drive away, you'll find all the area beaches. Gulf Breeze Zoo, movie theater, two parks and Oriole Beach boat ramp are also within 10 minutes. Really great location to do it all and have a house as home base! 1. Master king room with attached full bath with shower and tub. 2. Another master king room with full bath shower. 3. Half bath in the hallway with washer and dryer. Bath and beach towels are located in the cabinets above the washer and dryer. 4. Queen bedroom is across hall from half bathroom. 5. Bunk bed room is full on full and additional pull out trundle bed. Also has TV. 6. Kitchen has all cookware and dishes available. Microwave, stove, oven, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker. Also a cabinet full of board games. 7. Back patio has outdoor storage we keep coolers, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, grill and patio chairs. Rental is for use of the entire property. Owner is also the manager of this house, easy to communicate via messaging system. Pensacola beach under 15 minutes away, Navarre beach about 20 minutes. Perdido Key 25 minutes. Property is within 5 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants (many). Safe, quiet, neighborhood! Very clean house- our cleaners are awesome! Off street parking easily fits two vehicles. Beach gear included (boogie boards, coolers, beach toys.)

Perfect Vacation Getaway

Nice property!

We were in town for a cheer competition & this space allowed the adults & all the cheer girls space to get ready! Great backyard for those with kiddos that like to be outside like mine do. The host provides everything you need, it was a wonderful time!

Great Stay

The property was perfect for my family. We did a non-traditional Thanksgiving in Florida. We traveled from MO and NC. The host was attentive, helpful and very easy to work with. Will most definitely rent from her again and 100%.

I always appreciate when people allow our family to stay in their house! It was very comfortable, communication was prompt.The only thing was there were only 4 washcloths for our family of 9. There were labels on the shelves asking people not to take/steal the towels, washcloths, so it must be an ongoing problem! I messaged Nicole, and she said she would have housekeeping check after we left, so that wasn’t helpful to us, but everything else was great.

Perfect Spot

This rental was clean and located in the perfect spot for our competition. There was plenty of space and everyone had their own bathroom. The host went to extra lengths with the property for make us feel comfortable and worked with us while we waited out the hurricane just in case we needed anything extra. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Wedding Weekend

The property suited our group perfectly and was clean. We were only there for two days but had no issues communicating with the owner and she was very responsive to our requests. The property has a nice size back yard that would benefit if it had patio furniture and a grill for parties that stay longer. Overall, our stay was very comfortable.

Amazing property & owner

Perfect home to host two families. It was wonderful how they had beach toys and umbrellas which saved us money in the long run. Immaculate home with everything you need for cooking. Many recommendations from the host which were helpful! Definitely recommend flounders and get the red snapper! Such an amazing vacation area and the home offs conveniently located to everything! Will definitely book here again.

Residential Getaway

This property is located in a quiet residential area of newer and older homes. Very spacious with everything that is needed. I thought that I was booking closer to the canals, but this fit the family needs well. The backyard is large with shade trees and a swing… not much else but weather kept us from needing outdoor activities anyway. Nicole was wonderful from booking to departing!

House was great. Had an issue upon arrival with the code that was sent and then there was an odor issue aith the disposal but I communicated with the owner and she replied immediately. We got disposal cleaner at the store and she was ok with us running the cleaner thru the disposal.

Great, economical place to stay with all the amenities!

We (4, late 50 year old guys) were in town for a reunion at another location. We pretty much only slept and showered there. The house was awesome. The communication was quick and excellent. Sign-in and entry were easy. The house is in great shape and everything worked that we tried. The beds were as advertised and the a/c worked well. I would definently recommend for solos and families.

Super comfortable family retreat

Large rooms, comfortable beds, two master suites with king beds plus two more bedrooms and a large open living room and kitchen makes this a perfect place for a large family to stay together and enjoy the beach and other attractions at the harbor. The property even had beach towels, two beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, and two coolers to make our beach outing better - all the things that you want for the beach but that you’d otherwise need to rent because who would carry all of that along when traveling? We chose this house because it was close to my mom’s, but once my mom saw how comfortable it was for all of us, we spent the majority of our visit here.

A great place to stay!!

From the moment that i booked the house, communication with Natalie was excellent. She responded quickly anytime that i sent her a message or had a question. The house is a great size for some with a large group or family members. Everything you need is stocked in the kitchen. Lots of games for kids/adults to play. We loved having the big yard for the younger kids to play and a patio area for the adults. Absolutely reccomend this place for your family/friend get together!! 💜

Quiet, clean, and pristine home

Me and my 3 adult children stayed at this home for 4 nights, and enjoyed our time there. There is plenty of space to for lounging and entertaining. All bedrooms had comfortable beds and bathrooms were immaculately clean and updated. There’s a grill in the backyard, so we barbecued our dinner every night (there isn’t any patio furniture to eat or lounge outside, just a couple of chairs, so we ate our meals inside). The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware and spices. Located about 15 minutes from some beautiful beaches. The neighborhood was quiet and appeared safe. Many restaurants and markets nearby as well. .

House was very clean but grass needed cutting ,also need more tv in the rooms therefore need a dishwasher also need change policy about grill I understand empty charcoal but clean it should be in the clean up fee which you charge

Beyond expectations!!!

My daughter’s car got to the rental 15 minutes before mine and this are the exact words she texted to me: “ The place is sooooo perfect and sooooo cute and soooooo clean! 😃😃😃 ”. And she was right!!! Where are my arrived at a rental property that lived up the photos on the site. But this one did. In addition, the hostess was very gracious and very responsive to anything that we needed from her! If we come this way again, we will definitely stay at this location.

Family Trip

Ms. Nicole is one of the best hosts we’ve had the pleasure of renting from. Our trip originally was supposed to be in June but with an unexpected emergency we contacted Ms. Nicole to see if we could reschedule for a later weekend. She promptly responded and said yes and gave us date she could work with. We thank you so much for being understanding and allowing us to change our plans. As far as the house goes…it was outstanding for our family of 7 with plenty of space and everything we needed for the weekend. This house was more like a home away from home in a quiet neighborhood close to all the stores you would need to go to. Will definitely book a future date at this house. Ms. Nicole also provided a bunch of family games that we ended up playing since it was a rainy weekend . That really helped out with alternate plans.

We're a family of five from Kansas, we love coming to Gulf Breeze area because it has many things to do! We love Quietwater Beach, our house is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood. Restaurants and grocery stores are within 5 minutes, parks are also very close. Gulf Breeze zoo is fun too. Favorite place to eat with our kids is Flounders next to Quietwater Beach or Crabs. Both have playgrounds within sight of your table.
