Clean, updated and with great amenities. Walkable to Disney. Complex is run down but it's quiet. Unsafe pool situation since it requires a fob to exit so be careful! If someone from your group leaves with the fob, you're locked in the pool area. Pretty sure this violates California safety rules so not sure how the complex gets away with it.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation to Disney. Everything was clean and well maintained. We appreciate the extra box fans, laundry soap, and pantry items. Beds were super soft and comfortable , it was nice to have that after a long day at the park. You can't beat the location and the neighborhood was calm and quiet. We will definitely make a return trip.

Excellent stay at Magic Mouse Townhouse #1. Owners are "straight shooters" and excellent with communication and instructions. The king sized bed is amazingly comfortable. Pillows are outstanding too. Everything is clearly labeled. Exactly a 1 mile walk from the townhouse to the entry of Disneyland/California Great Adventure. So nice to walk back to the townhouse in the early afternoon for a little "Mickey Break" and relax in the hot tub before heading back to the parks for round 2. Cannot give this property high enough praise. If I were to go back to Disneyland again, I would try to stay every time! It is that exceptional!!!

We stayed for six nights. Spacious, clean, well-equiped condo with easy walk (20-25min) to park entrances. Very well maintained. Excellent communication with our hosts. Nice property with excellent pool and a good playground. Good price for the accomodation. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect comfortable clean Disney home base

Incredible communication with the owners and the place inside was super cute. The complex is older but the unit is remodeled and had everything we needed for a comfortable home base. We drove to Disney the first day and decided the lines to park definitely were longer than the time it takes to walk. I would rent this place again.

Our 4 day stay was great! The walk to Disney was short and easier then I expected. This condo is well stocked. We were able to make breakfast before heading to the park and even dinners a couple days after. The response was quick from our host when I had questions. Will definitely be booking again when heading to Disneyland.

The interior of our condo was completely remodeled in 2020. The exterior is managed by the HOA and new siding, roofs and updates are underway one building at a time. I'm sorry you didn't like the exterior. Our listing includes several exterior photos.
