Only 2 short blocks from the beach, enjoy access to an outdoor pool and kiddie pool, common area to hangout and watch TV, and washer/dryer onsite. Wawa, CVS, and Acme are located across the street and next to the building.

This is a very cozy one room condo. Very clean, cute decor, excellent communication with the host, friendly staff, had all you needed in the kitchen area. Would visit again.

We enjoyed our stay, the only drawback is if you weren’t an early riser the jackhammers at 6:50 wasn’t a pleasant way to be woke up every morning. Everything else was perfect. Could use a set of sharp knives for cutting.

Just perfect

My two daughters and I stayed for a quick 3 night beach getaway. The check in was so easy, the place was immaculate, the decor was adorable, the location was great (away from the boardwalk) and the beach area was not crowded at all. We hope to come back again soon!

So glad there was an elevator! The room was lovely and just right for a 3 day stay. Our host was responsive in answering our questions. Convenient location. Very friendly people.

Small, clean unit in an aging condotel. Lousy views; busy location

Details not included in the photos or description: Unimpressive views of power lines and commercial air conditioning units on top of a Walgreen's roof across a narrow alleyway. Walgreen's dumpster is located on the ground level right below the balcony. Enjoyed watching the seagulls pick through the garbage every morning.

Not as expected

Pros: The location was ideal: two blocks from the beach, a block from mini golf and unique playground kids loved, and grocery store and pharmacy next door. Cons: The fold out couch was uncomfortable for my son: "things are poking me." The kitchen did not meet our need; there was only a stove and very minimal kitchen tools. It lacked a kitchen knife, cutting board, salt, pepper and other very basic items found in every rental we have stayed at. It also lacked extra sheets. We had a night- time bed wetting but no change of sheets. The space was also very congested with very little space to put our things. Overall: We were able to make the best of our stay and enjoy the location. The place may be the right place for a couple planning to mainly eat out and spend very little time inside the condo.
