Ubicación perfecta en 39 St en el lado OCÉANO de West Ave. A 2 cuadras de una de las playas menos concurridas de la isla. Hable con el propietario y obtenga un paseo gratis en gato / catamarán Hobie [ver imagen]. Corta distancia a pie de tiendas / restaurantes de la calle 34. Acme, Wawa, CVS, canchas de tenis y un enorme parque infantil. Tío Bills Pancake house @ 40th street

Gran dormitorio principal con 2 camas dobles con 1/2 baño principal. Segundo dormitorio con dos gemelos y un sofá cama Queen. Cocina recién remodelada totalmente equipada.

Ducha exterior e interior [incluida] - ¡Caliente y fría para lavar la arena de la playa! Sillas de playa y sombrillas disponibles para su uso. Great place! Awesome host!

Great experience! I can’t say enough about how much communication we had with Allan . He was awesome! He gave us inside scoop on great places for eating and entertainment. He knows his stuff for sure! Even gave us insight on “beaching”. On a cooler overcast day there, he even reminded me to use sunblock on my family because we would still burn and he was so right! (Ask my forehead and shoulders ha!) He stays in the condo upstairs and made himself easily available without being in our faces the entire time. Super cool guy and very down to earth! He had a garage stocked with beach chairs and other beach items he allowed us to use during our stay (that may not be for everyone lol! Maybe we were just cool enough heheh!) We had full access to washer and dryer in the garage as well. We also had a parking space behind the condo just for us! Super nice on busy weekends when parking is hard to come by. The condo was very nice and well kept. We were the first to use the brand new fridge! The heating/cooling could be set differently for each room! My husband likes living in an ice box but it freezes everyone else out! well…not this time! The natural lighting that poured through the two sliders at the front of the property was a plus for me! At night we’d draw the curtains for plenty privacy. Plenty of sleeping room. The two double beds in the bigger room were a little too hard for me but everyone is different! Ask Goldilocks hehe! My kids on the other hand didn’t mind it. To address the musty smell someone mentioned in another post…This is a beach condo. If you’ve ever spent much time in beach hotels or rentals, it’s similar across the board. It wasn’t musty…just beachy if you get my drift. We simply lit a few candles, added a plug in and viola! Plenty of closet space and storage. We will definitely be back to stay for years to come. Thanks Allan!!

Know before you go

Pros: awesome proximity to ocean and restaurants, cooperative and responsive property owner, clean kitchen and bathrooms, good AC. *Cons: strong musty smell throughout, and full-sized mattresses are rock hard and in crinkly plastic. Safe and affordable, but the moisture problem would have changed my mind.

Ocean City

The apartment was clean and an easy walk to the beach. Alan was very helpful and my husband was thrilled that he got to ride on a catamaran. Beds were comfortable and we would absolutely stay there again.

OC weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in OC. The weather didnt cooperate but the owner of the house was very helpful. He told us where to park so our car wouldnt get flooded and good places to eat. Even left extra towels for the very wet conditions outside. The house was neat and clean and very comfortable!

Great location, place was just right for us!

Great location in quiet part of town! Parking spot in back was helpful and street parking was easy too during our mid-August stay. Allan was very easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay, upstairs if we needed him for anything, very nice guy. Great location for a family, close to the beach, plenty of chairs and umbrellas available. Great memories made!

Comfortable Condo 2 blocks from beach for a great vacation

This condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The porch had a view of the bay across the street. The outdoor shower, washer and dryer in the garage were convenient to use. A quick 2 block walk from the beach made beach days easy. Allan was available and gracious whenever we had questions. Parking for 1 car was available behind the condo and street parking was not an issue. The 34th street playground and Hoy's store was an easy walk also. The grandkids especially loved Betty's Ice Cream Shop around the corner. I would recommend this condo for a relaxing beach stay.

Great trip

The condo was perfect for our family! We have three kids. It is close to the beach and had everything we needed. Great view from the front porch. Allan is very nice and accommodating!

Comfortable, family-friendly home

We really enjoyed our stay in OC. This house was clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Inside the home there were 1.5 baths, but there was also an outside shower and shower in the garage, this was a great plus. We could walk to dinner & ice cream (just 4 blocks away). Love this quieter end of OC, not too many people so there is always a spot free on the beach. Thank you!

The price was very friendly.

Although the place was a little way from the boardwalk we were easily able to ride our bikes there or take a short drive and find a parking spot. Overall the place is less congested than the main areas of OC and has a nice view. Accomadtions were good. Plenty of room inside for up to 6 people.

Comfy 1st floor. Priceless vacation

My wife and I and our three teens all stayed at this comfy 1st floor of a two family house. It had everything we needed. It's location was right by a super beach location and by the 34th street bridge area. We hit the beach everyday and enjoyed everything OCNJ has to offer, and the catamaran ride with Allan really capped it all off. Allan was always available and responsive before, during, and after our stay and he couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly.

Great rental & price -- owner very accomidating

Nice older home with an updated kitchen. Very clean with a nice family room, TV, WiFi, tons of garage storage. Everything you need when not on the beach which is a short 2 blocks to the 39th St beach which has lifeguards. Garage has a dozen beach chairs and beach umbrellas to use! Ceiling fans and large AC keeps house cool and bedrooms quiet. 2 outside showers & 1 in the baathroom makes clean up after a beach day quick. The owner is friendly and a great, down to earth guy that will help or fix anything that you need (all we needed all week were batteries for the smoke detector).

Great Family Beach Getaway

Great place for a family vacation at the shore. House has everything you need and has all the comforts of home with a great quiet, location close to the beach. The owner's hospitality was great and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We are hooked on Ocean City, NJ!!

2015 will be our 3rd year on vacation in this condo and we love it, love it, love it!! Having the 1.5 baths, the garage, a washer/dryer, and the porch with a sunset view have been such an added bonus for us. It is clean, spacious, and equipped with everything that you need. It is 2 blocks to the beach, down the street from great ice cream, and a short walk to the trolley that will take you to the boardwalk. The owners are wonderful and they really do a great job providing you what you need for an amazing vacation. We highly recommend it!!

I have continually updated and added all the modern conveniences [Microwave, internet, flat screen TV, new kitchen, Central AC.....] you expect to have during your stay. With my 50 year experience in Ocean City I can provide you with many recommendations on restaurants and shops so you will not waste your time researching which are Save
in a book located in the unit. As you can see from the pictures I recently painted, updated the bathrooms, and had new rugs installed. I have rented to hundreds of people and many have become friends over the years. I promise that you stay at the condo will be a pleasant experience.

Hobie Cat sail boat rides [see pictures] from owner. South end of Ocean City is away from the crowds, beaches are the biggest in Ocean City, and the beach @ 41st is unguarded for surfers, kayakers, and wind surfers.
